I was in desperate need to change my State Farm agent. I chose Betsy not just because of where her office is located but because several people I know recommended her with the highest regards. Betsy is amazingly polite, seems well versed in the world of insurance, and a joy to speak with. I had a few issues with my insurance, issues that I’ve had for months, resolved easily with the help of Betsy. I would go as far to say if you are with State Farm and your agent is anyone other than Betsy, you are missing out on the best insurance experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Friendly staff, My mom had passed and I needed to transfer policies and didn't know where to start, tried a different state farm office but they weren't very inviting, so I transferred everything to Betsy Thomas office and Samantha and Chelsea were very helpful and didn't mind answering questions....Customer Service skills go along way! I've been with State Farm for around 30 years. Never had to file a claim until a couple years ago because of a storm that came through and took out one of my two barns and some downed trees. Had another bad storm come through recently that took out the other barn, my boat dock, several large white oak trees and some personal items destroyed. On both occasions within a couple days they sent out an adjuster. Both were extremely polite and caring and genuinely concerned about the damage we had on our property. State Farm covered all costs for replacement on structures as well as tree removal and clean up. A big Thank you to State Farm for being there when we needed you and making the process so easy.

After receiving an online quote for auto insurance from State Farm. I got a call from Betsy Thomson insurance, a local State Farm agent here in Camden, Ar. The associate I spoke with was Melissa. She was very polite, friendly and professional. While talking to her I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. She seemed more concerned with being sure everything I wanted and needed was included in the quote. I was offered a policy with the coverage I need at a good price and decided to purchase the policy. I am looking forward to doing business with a local agent again after previously purchasing insurance online. I would recommend to anyone looking for insurance to give them a call.
