Shelter Insurance - Seth Boyd

I've been with Shelter for I guess 7 or 8 years now. I work in the body shop business & Shelter as a company has always been the best to deal with. Seth & Sheryl run a top notch agency & have always been well on top of any questions or changes I've needed to make & I recommend them to my customers, family & friends often. Great to do business with.

Seth has been awesome to do business with. Going through the stressful process of buying a home he was able to sit me down and walk me through exactly what I was getting in my policy. I called him and asked him to get me a quote and the very next day he had everything ready to discuss with me. He asked very detailed questions to help me make the best decision on what coverage, deductible, and limits were best for me. Seth has done both of our houses, cars, and a life insurance policy for me. Their prices have always been competitive with other insurance providers, but the service is what keeps my business here. He is always a quick phone call or email away. We bought a new car over Christmas and I gave him a call - that afternoon he had my entire policy ready to go and I signed everything electronically. He even noticed a homeowner's discount I was eligible for a couple months back and sent me a check to "backpay" me the savings. Always honest and goes above and beyond to serve the customer.
