Great field with good gas prices. I was flying home from a work trip and needed to get home in time for my wife’s surgery. Stopped here for fuel late in the evening and my battery gave out and I wasn’t able to restart. The airport manager gave me instructions over the phone to find my way to some tools and a courtesy car. He showed up at the airport 30 minutes later and worked with me in the cold to get my plane charged up and going again and I was able to make it home in time. Can’t say a enough about how much that meant to me, a complete stranger.

Newly paved runway and taxiways make for a nice airport. Two instrument approaches allow easy IFR arrivals. Competitive fuel prices, but NOTAMed Jet A unavailable at time of arrival. Very modest FBO, but clean and accommodating, don't expect much. Minus the FBO being a bit old, great airport!
