Emily Turner is a very good nurse practitioner. She actually cares for her patients. I had been dr shopping for a couple of years since my dr retired. The lady that answers the ph is busy busy I think, but I still give my dr 5 stars

This is a review for Medical Records. Simply asked not once but three times for Medical records to fax papers critical to have for my job because I moved 2 hours away. It's been about 2 weeks now. My supervisor even called and they still have not done their job.
