I was nervous about customer service after reading some previous reviews, but my personal experience was good! I ordered 3 items, but one came flawed. I was just going to request a refund via PayPal, but was reached out to personally and was able to get a proper replacement for it (it was a personalized item). I was pleasantly surprised and so thankful!

I found this boutique on Facebook and let me tell you I am hooked. I live in Tennessee so of course I have to order online only. Everything I have bought arrives fast & great quality. I haven't ordered anything I did not like or did not fit. Will forever be a customer!
