My chick goes here. She's always super happy when she leaves. All Hispanic women. The main ones are from Venezuela. I actually just found out that Ms. P cuts black men's hair as well. Im pretty sure this is the spot in Little Rock where all the fancy Latinas go. Nice eye candy. ;)
