From my understanding the park used to be great. Ever since the new owners took over it’s been in a free fall. Lot rent was cranked up from $330 to almost $700/month. Figured this was ok as there was a pool for resident use. It used to be open 10am-10pm every day. Now it’s 8-430 on weekdays only. If you have a job don’t expect to be able to use the pool. Even if you make arrangements for a special occasion to use the pool, it won’t be open. The manager Lino never returns phone calls. I’ve left 6 unanswered messages now. I understand he’s likely spread thin as he manages 3 properties for the new owners, he needs ownership to hire some help.
