The house we rent in Dallas is a little (a lot) older. The breaker box is actually on the outside of the house which we’d never seen before. Especially one that faces to the west. When we moved in in October of last year we had to have the elements replaced in the hot water heater and couldn’t even find the thing. It was under a little roof/cover thing but was completely rusted inside and out. I’m not really sure how it even still worked. So fast forward to June. Our maintenance guy let us know that the owner(s) of the house made an appointment for 7/12. I do have to apologize to the gentlemen that were here replacing the box. I thought they’d be done earlier than they were by no fault of their own. It was hot and I was grumpy. But I have to say that the work they did was absolutely amazing. Thank you to them and the gentleman from Pacific Power. 5 stars isn’t nearly enough to express how awesome they did. Thank you!!

It’s refreshing to have a company answer take job requests call back within 24hrs. Get a reasonable schedule job time booked. Have the technician show up on time performing the task at hand with an explanation how and what needed to be performed to complete the job. Even though this was a small job I wanted to say thank you to the team at DC Electric.

We had to have the hardwired smoke detectors replaced as my mother is selling her home. DC Electric was responsive and managed to schedule us in on a short schedule. Jordan, the electrician came and did the job efficiently. He was quite kind to my older mother as well. The charge was VERY reasonable. I couldn’t be more pleased. I’d recommend DC Electric to anyone.

From the moment Mrs Sunset answered the phone I knew I had chosen the right contractors, she was cheerful and professional. I was in desperate need of new lighting for my business and the service we received from DCE was top notch! We were scheduled within days of my call and the electricians came on time which hasn't been our experience with other companies in the past. Both electricians put their masks on before entering the business and maintained social distancing throughout the entire visit. They were quick and knowledgeable and even left me with a cheat sheet to help when we buy replacement bulbs in the future!
