AutoZone has done a complete 180. I used to dread going to AutoZone, but they have a complete new crew and they genuinely care about helping each and every customer that walks in the door. A much needed change 👍

Bobby checked the battery on my car and both Bobby and David changed it out. They were friendly and helpful and got my battery replaced quickly. Thank you both for your help! I appreciate it!

I don’t usually do reviews like this, but one manager at this store went above and beyond to help me. I was traveling from Texas to Missouri when I got a flat tire on a Sunday evening. My husband called and asked if there was someone to help me. This nice gentleman, Richard, came out and fixed the tire and assured me I would make it to my destination. He even gave me his phone number in case of an emergency. He text me to make sure I made it safe. I want to thank him and autozone. He was very kind and very helpful. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the help. Thanks again!

Went in, told them what I needed and they were on top of things. Got me taken care of really fast. A guy named Chris took care of my vehicle.
