Very kind and compassionate doctor. Reasonable prices. Extra impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and extremely knowledgeable receptionist. It’s a small office and they are usually booked out for a while, but that’s just the way it is. We hope to get a couple more years with our sweet old girl after they took care of numerous problems in one visit! Thank you ❤🐾

They went above and beyond for Missy. She was spayed, nails clipped, and chipped. I stopped by today to pick her up, and I noticed right away that they even gave her a bath! ❤ The price wasn't too terribly high. Very clean establishment and everyone there was very friendly and professional. Thank you, Dr. Rivers and to the team for taking good care of my dog.

We sadly had to put our sweet 15 year old pug down today. Such an amazing staff with kind hearts. And would highly recommend them for any pet care. The vet was so kind and understanding. Made the progress as peaceful as possible. We appreciate them truly!

My Yoga friend in Dallas recommended Orchard Animal Hosp. They took me as a new client, which if you've been moving like I have during COVID, you know what a relief that is. Then the doctor was great with her and spoke with me of my concerns. He and all of the staff were marvelous.

My last experience in Salem (who shall remain nameless) was completely different. The staff was nice enough, it was just really hard to get through and get a response. She went in to get her teeth cleaned, which were in great condition, and somehow she broke her upper left canine getting in or out of the cage. So now we call her snaggletooth when her lip gets caught on the lower one. Good thing she's inside only.

I had been calling since February to ask about a test that the specialist they sent me to suggested. No response to my monthly calls. These are not the only issues I've had over the last few years.

I am so pleased with Orchard. Recommend them highly.

Dr. Rivers has been taking care of our animals since my kids were in middle school. My son is now 40. You can tell that he cares for all animals. I now have a dog that is blind and Dr. Rivers understand my anxiety about leaving him in a strange place. The entire crew makes me and my babies feel loved and cared for.

We love Dr. Rivers he is an excellent veterinarian. Our dog Chase loves him and he was very good with her.

I've been going to Orchard Animal Hospital since I moved here 6 years ago. They've always been professional and caring towards me and my dog, Rocky. Dr. Rivers is very gentle and doesn't try to add extra services. Pricing is very reasonable. My only issue is that lately when I've had to call in, I am put on hold for long periods of time. Or disconnected after a long (8 min.) wait. Only to call back and be put on hold again for another 10 min. wait. Maybe some extra help on the desk is needed? Still, for the quality of care, I give 5 stars.

I just found my new vet! They are so incredibly sweet and very sincere. The best bed side manors from everyone in the building! They made the hardest days of our lives so much comfortable! Thank you so much!

Dr. Rivers and his staff are amazing. They are always so kind and helpful. Not to mention as reasonably priced as they can be. They have always treated myself and my animals with utmost kindness, compassion and lots of fur baby loves. They've helped us mourn a beloved fur baby family member and we always feel good about seeing them. Thank you Dr. Rivers and all you amazing ladies and gentlemen for all you do for our fur babies (&holding our hand as we're enter our Lilly mamas twilight years).

I love this place and the people that work here! Dr.Rivers and his staff are wonderful caring people. They are great with all animals. If I had any complaint I wish they were larger to be able to see more animals. As they are so good that it seems like everyone wants to bring their animals there to be seen so it takes awhile to get in at times.

I've taken my pup there since she was born. they are friendly, available, helpful and affordable. i appreciated the time they take with my pets. I've gone back and will keep going back.

This group of people are so amazing. They really make you feel like they love your furry babies as much as you do and they do a great job at explaining what's going on with your pet.The orchard family has been apart of my family for over ten years and will continue to stay.

Really friendly staff. Dr Rivers is awesome. Appointments are easy to get. Most of the time they will try and fit you in same day if needed. We bring all of our pets here. I have recommended them many times.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. My dog gets to excited when she sees other animals she loves animals of all kinds. The staff and other patients were do loving and understanding. The vet was great with Kammi and explained things in away I could understand. I highly recommend them.

Very good vet. I have had to put two pets down there and they were extremely sensitive and caring during those very horrible moments for me. Also, their costs were the lowest in Dallas. We have used them for other vet needs over the years and found them helpful, affordable and not as busy as the other two vets in Dallas.

Dr Rivers is the most caring Veterinarian! He really listens to you and explains everything so clearly. Not to mention they dont charge rediculously high prices to keep your pet healthy and happy.
