Victoria Skin Cancer Clinic is very attentive and supportive of my needs. No one wants to be dealing with skin cancer, but I feel well taken care of by really knowledgeable doctors and caring staff.

I was leaving for two months and wanted to be diagnosed before my trip. I was not easy to schedule appointment on a few days notice....but I received the call that they would make very early morning diagnostic appointment available just for me. From the moment I arrived until I left, the process was Uber friendly, efficient and professional. In under 1/2 hour of my first visit, I had done the paper work, had a full body mole mapping, met with Dr Erlank for a personal examination of any potential trouble spots, received advice verbally and in printed format, and was whisked on my way. Very impressive!

Very organized and clean clinic; friendly nursing and admin staff; thorough screening/follow-up. I see Dr. Erlank; he's kind and reassuring, checks every concern. Treated me with respect.

Dr Erlank has a great bedside manner. His exam is thorough and clearly explained.
He performs any necessary procedures with skill.

Dr. Erlank has a very professional, polite gentleman mannerism. His hands with the scalpel and stitches are first rate. I have had 3 patches removed from head to chest in a relatively pain free experience. I would encourage individuals schedule the body photo shoot (must pay out of pocket) if you have concerns above body moles or lesions. Pre cancerous conditions can be detected and dealt with. Fortunately my 3 issues were dealt with before I left it to late, at the risk of sever detriment to my health.

Excellent facility, very modern. All the equipment seemed to be up to date and new, decor is warm and calming. The Dr we delt with was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions patently. His bedside manner was excellent and that's a huge thing when dealing with this subject mater. Only issue we had was actually finding the office. The website only has the address but it's somewhat hidden in the medical building behind the fitness center at the upper part of uptown. I would suggest putting some better directions to the office on the website.

Dr. J.J. Le Roux is such a lovely Doctor. He has not only seen me in a walk-in clinic but now not only I but my husband use him for our skin needs. I barely have a scar from a cyst removal even for a follow up biopsy call from the ladies and my husband’s skin issue cleared up within six days of what he gave him and diagnosed! As much as I fear going to appointments, I appreciate knowing I'm being well taken care of. It's so nice to feel constantly reassured that I'm in very good hands at Victoria Skin Cancer.

The office is very nicely appointed and professionally run. Dr. Erlank obviously has a passion for his specialty, as the Foto Finder machine looks to be quite a piece of technology, mapping out the moles on your body as if it was one of the moons of Saturn. Treatment is similarly professional with quick action taken on small problems and different treatment options discussed for issues that are bigger. Thankfully, I needed no serious treatment but all the various types of lesions where thoroughly explained. Thank you Dr. Erlank!
