Awesome photography shop in Dallas, right off the main road. They have a huge selection if products to buy and rent. Lots of bags too! They also have a huge collection of old cameras. The upstairs are is where they do photography classes and their is also a studio people can rent out. The staff here was super friendly and helpful.

This is the best camera store in the PNW. Top notch quality cameras and they know their stuff. They have a huge variety of equipment which fit our needs and were outstanding with customer service. Worth the drive and visit, we will be using them for all our future camera needs! Thank you Focal Point Photography for your assistance! Love the old camera decor and light sabers too!

Best photography store I’ve been to. Ever. They always have an excellent selection of bodies and lenses, reasonably priced bags, and other gear. I’ve been purchasing from them for a couple years now. They’ve always been fair, never talked down to me, and always helpfully worked within my budget. There was one adapter I needed and the first time I asked, they didn’t have it, but they gave me a call as soon as one came in. I couldn’t be happier.

The staff are friendly, helpful and always put their customers first. Honestly, there just isn’t any business I know of with such great customer service and strong work ethic in its employees.

I love ordering photos using the print from home feature on the website. It is easy, quick, and I get quality pictures in about a day. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

A finer copy of a Leica M6 might only exist in Germany. Focal Point has the goods. Excellent customer service, too. Highly recommended. The employees know their stuff besides being very professional and amiable. The M6 was as mint as described. They even tested it with a few rolls of film to make sure all was well. A wonderful camera shop.

Friendly service, attention to detail, and knowledgeable - and approachable - staff make this the best spot for all skill levels. Definitely worth the stop to take a look and/or upgrade your gear.

This is the best camera shop that I have ever been to. Nate and the gang are very knowledgeable and great customer service. They will let you step out and try a lens or camera. Nate will take your gear as a trade in and give you a decent price for it. They have new and used gear as well as new drones. I have spent thousands of dollars at Focal Point and would reccomend it to anyone of all levels from beginner to pro.

Cannot recommend this shop enough! I went in with no prior photography knowledge. Wanting to dive into the deep end of the photography world, they welcomed me with a vast network of knowledge and kindness like I’ve never experienced in any store. They recommended a setup for me and I have been unbelievably happy ever since. 10 out of 10. Best camera shop in the world. If you have an interest in photography as a hobby or that is your career, go here and you will not be disappointed.

I love focal point! The only place I go to purchase gear. They also have great rental prices. Their team is friendly, kind, and helpful.

Needed sensor cleaned on my Sony camera, and they did a stellar job!!! Also carry a great range of photo products. Needless to say, ended up going home with more than planned, but extremely pleased.

Focal Point nailed what Starbucks has been in a mission to do, create the "Third Place". Even if I don't plan on buying anything, I love going into the store and chatting with the employees or other customers. There is so much experience and awesome camera gear in that store.

They are amazing and very fairly priced for lens rentals and have always worked with me. I love that they will promote and try to empower their customers.

Even though there are closer options to me, I'd rather drive out of my way to visit Focal Point.

Wanted to buy a camera that had a manufacturer sale going on within a week window. Focal Point let me know that they had ordered multiple of the model I was wanting and would call me when the camera was in. I received a call a couple days later advising the cameras would not make it in time for me to utilize the sale price. They offered me online retailer suggestions that ended up working out great and I was able to take advantage of the sale. Will look forward to being a customer of Focal Point. Customer focused and informative.

Best camera shop in Oregon, bar none. Owner Nate is fair and knows his stuff. Even puts up with me who can be in there for hours trying to decide what piece of gear to get. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! Went for a visa picture and first wasn't the right aize(my fault) but they gave me different size pictures after that free of charge and it was great! Highly recommend this store! Also look like they have a lot of cool cameras! 10/10!!

My husband and I went here for the first time. The owner Nate is who greeted us and helped us. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of everything camera and photography related. This was so much nicer then going into a big box store or getting lost in the mess of trying to research what things to buy online. I was excited to learn not only do they sell almost everything I could think of needing photography product wise but they also offer photography classes and rent out camera lenses and equipment...who else does that? No one else! This was a very unique and awesome experience and I am excited a store like this exists. We will definitely be back. Just the friendliness of the owner and the atmosphere and variety of the products at the store alone were will have us choosing to purchase all of our photography needs here as our first choice.
