I really like this fat she's pure she's honest you get a senior discount and she's very kind to the animals I like all the stuff there as well they take very good care of my pets

Dr Brotherton and staff are so sweet! We go to them for my dog and two cats. We also get flea meds from them and the staff gives us a call a week or two before we are due to remind us. Wonderful clinic! Highly recommend. I won’t go anywhere else.

I've been to other clinics and this one offers great care and just overall good service to their clients and patients.

Love this vet! The Staff is always so helpful and understanding. The doctor is patient and listens to your concerns. My animals love her. Very reasonably priced.

Dr. Trina, and her staff are fantastic. Patches Sahra, and Gizmo Gerard are very healthy, and happy putty tats due to the wonderful care they have received from them all.

Wonderful and efficient staff. They were very knowledgeable and made scheduling appointments for 2 separate dogs easy, were great about giving accurate quotes on procedures needed. Even managed to help reassure my 3 yr old that his dogs would be fine and we would be able to take them home later in the day! 😅

The veterinarian here was very empathetic to the fact that my lab mix was not doing well. She talked about an end of life plan which gave me the confidence to know I was doing everything I could for my dog with advanced cancer. She was thorough and helpful during my visit which involved no wait time.

Very friendly and helpful staff; it is obvious that they just really care about all critters. I really liked that the vet was willing to have a detailed talk with me about the technical details of my cat's treatment. In a time when Veterinarians seem to be getting increasingly 'Corporate', this is a welcome and refreshing alternative.

The staff are always friendly and courteous and smile with their eyes when picking up our pets. Being relatively new to the area we had a difficult time finding a new vet for our pets. Polk had the earliest availability for my geriatric cat. We had a good experience then. Soon after my 6 month old kitten developed uveitis. Beings that he wasn't a patient yet, they were understandably booked out so we took him to the emergency vet. From there our little guy was referred to an ophthalmologist. Dr. Brotherton was able to see him before he went to the specialist but did recommend he go. We are now 6 weeks into this journey and still no definite answers to no one's fault. Dr. Brotherton has maintained excellent communication with both the specialist and us. She has spent such a large amount of time talking through options, possibilities, and treatments and is always patient and kind. I trust Dr. Brotherton and so appreciate all her time and effort with myself and my little boy. She truly has her patients' best interest at heart. Thank you!

Dr. Brotherton and her staff took amazing care of our dog and family during a very difficult time.
After going to another vet clinic, and being told our Max just had allergies, we took him to Polk Veterinary Clinic for a second opinion. Turns out it was much worse. Max had cancer. We were told the options and tried a couple.
Unfortunately it was just too late for him. The whole office was kind and compassionate when our family came back to put him down. We were given lots of time to spend with him before they put him down. She explained everything in the process before and during.
They did a great job making a very difficult time a little bit easier.
Polk Veterinary Clinic is now our permanent vet and I couldn't be happier with the care we get.

Dr Brotherton has been our vet for about a year and a half...(our vet retired and the practice was sold to a different company)

Through the difficulties of Covid 19...they have been kind and courteous with all the changes that have had to be made to protect the staff and clients.

The nicest people and are truly concerned about your animals health. Great advice on how to take care of your pet, and very reasonably priced. The glad we found them, they are my first choice when my animals need help.

This veterinary clinic has a small town homely vibe. The Dr. & staff here truly cares for their patients. Dr. Brotherton takes the time to get to know each returning clients. She makes an effort to come up with treatment plans that accommodate and match yours and your pets lifestyle best.

They were very professional very caring about my dog. Even called the next day to make sure he was doing OK would defiantly recommend in a emergency.
