My fiancé is an esthetician (facials and skin care), and she lost one of the chargers to her device that she had to use for her appointment the next day. After searching and finding the style charger on Amazon I searched the reviews and found out majority of the items that use this style charger, are vibrating toys. I walked in and the gentleman at the counter could tell I was extremely lost and confused and after I explained my situation he helped me compare a ton of different chargers with the one off the manufacturer website that should fit the device she had. I didn’t go in there looking for a purchase but next time I’m looking to make a purchase of this genre I will go beyond out of my way to come here just out of the pure hospitality and professionalism. And at the end of the whole experience the charger worked! It could have been girthier but I had to adjust the angle of dangle a bit but after wiggling it around in the hole a little, it lit right up!

The staff was friendly, clean and had a different variety then other locations. I will definitely be back!

It's a perfect shop for a shy woman worried about being seen entering an adult book store. This is not an adult bookstore but it has the things women need, a variety of battery operated or realistic feeling items and a female staff to assist. More women should avail themselves of the large variety available.

The right tool for the job.

Quite expensive to be honest. But the man at the counter was very helpful. I did not think they had a great selection, but they had what I needed.

Be careful they do not accept returns. Bought two battery powered objects. One won't turn off or switch modes once you insert the batteries and the other one doesn't work at all. I lost $80 bucks plus tax!

The owner says it's not their policy bit it is their policy! It says it on the receipt! Will you accept my return and refund me?!?!

I went into the store. The chubby girl in a yellow dress did not greet me or ask me if I needed any help with my selections. While I was in the store she was outside the premises talking to a man and smoking. Which can pose a loss to the business. I don't know if this store is owner operated or corporate but they need new employees who reflect the brand and have some class and customer service. I wouldn't spend a dime here with so many options online.. I'm sure this will be the next empty store front soon!

Thay rude...my friend went to buy something there the other night..got there bout 9:40pm ..the lady looked at him.witj disbelief they close at 11..told him I'm 3 minutes...he has had the door locked on before right closing ..kniwung he was coming in ...well je asked the lady for owners name...she didn't tell him.. ....then want to know what the problem was

.well he told her first of all she was rude to him and felt like he was inconvenience her..well she started to tell to get out then told he was giving her a hard time
..je did get to but what he went in for but was very upset...didnt get bag..receipt..or card punched...just shouldn't let grumpy carts like her be the face for there store...
