I think everybody loves target I love their baskets. I love how clean it is. I love it because they greet me. Bought some wine and roses for Valentine’s Day. Enjoyed.

Very clean and well maintained. Because it is a popular store, items get snatched pretty quickly. I find myself having to go to the one on university to get items that are out of stock (thier app is accurate about thier inventory 99% of the time, which is great). The vast majority of workers are very nice and helpful. Hopefully they keep this up!

Listed Target on 10/2/23 A Supervisor helped me set up my Target Circle account and said if I needed anymore help to ask any associate. To my surprise every employee I encountered, including the Ulta and Pharmacy employees, were all outstanding. Friendly, smiling and knowledgeable! I asked if the Store Manager was available on my way out and to my further surprise the Supervisor I had originally met was the Store Manager! They have taken on a Renewed Customer Service focus and it really showed. Well done Target Chenal. I was Impressed!

I stopped by Target today to pick up some groceries and household items. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. The store was also very clean and organized, which made shopping a breeze. I also appreciate that they offer price matching. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

I accidentally left my phone in the buggy right at the last minute of shut down. Monica was patient and waited for an associate also Parker made sure to find my device. Very honest people. Highly recommend. It’s the little things that matter.

Very clean, my favorite Target in Little Rock. It feels safe even at night, and is updated and well stocked. It has a stocked Ulta section as well. I love how modern it is, it reminds me of Targets I’ve been to in Dallas.

I'm making this review for a particular employee who is new but the most helpful, delightful, customer friendly person I've ever met in retail ! Her name is Tiffany and she went above and beyond to help me pick out clothes and made me feel welcomed and went out of her way to go get me different sizes without me even asking! She's an asset to Target and I hope they know the caliber employee they have on staff in her!!!

I like the atmosphere and layout of most Target stores. The clothes are usually very nice.

Jade in the clothing department assisted me and was extremely helpful and kind. The world needs more people like her xx

This location seems larger than normal, there's more open space than others. The selection is nice this time of year (Father's Day/Pride/Spring transition to Summer stuff is out). There's a large makeup selection here as well, and the home section is lovely as always.

This Target used to be good, now it's GREAT. The sections are always picked up and organized, unlike before. The employees are always very helpful and you can tell they care about their job by the attention to detail. When I'm there with my 3 year old, 2 or 3 employees always stop to interact with her and give her stickers.

Great as usual! Target West is my absolute fav location!!

Updates almost 2 years later as of 2/11/2023

I have done order pick up in this store many times for the past two years. Today again, I went for an order pick up in store. Two staff I encountered at pick up station both greeted me with courtesy and big smiles. They were both busy sorting and preparing for customers’ pick up orders, both came towards me and provided assistance right after they saw me. The whole process went smoothly, and the staff even carefully listened to what I asked and patiently helped. I am so grateful and impressed that staff in this exact same store are always professionally trained. :)

Easy return, and staff are always responsive on site before and after check out station.

We just moved to Little Rock, AR for a half year only. Little Rock West is very close to our home, and we either used order/pick-up or shopped in store, order online is easy as well. This store is always clean, neat and spacious, and most importantly, products are always in stock and easy to find.

Very well organized store and good selection of items.

Great store. Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy to move around the store and checkout.

Always wonderful experience at Target. Target makes your shopping experience great. I enjoy my time in target with the products and employees.

I go here often enough I got a Redcard. The store is clean and the staff is nice. For example my check out person Melissa was kind, didn't rush me but it was still a fast transaction and it wasn't an awkward conversation.

Very fast and efficient service. Target is always there for us with high quality products and excellent customer service. The store is so clean and well organised, it makes always makes my visit a pleasant one. A big thank you to all Target staff members. I hope when everything goes back to normal they would agree to give my son a job opportunity, I will be happy to see him working there!

As I’m headed home from church today and I see that my favorite Target is closed. I am so happy!!!! Yay Target for closing for a Christian Holy day. I shop here probably twice a week and I thank you for giving respect to those employees who are Christians!

Great Halloween section! The 2 guys in the Halloween section went out of their way by stopping what they were doing to go grab my son a Harry Potter wand out of the back, much appreciated!! Also, Sueanna at the checkout cart was amazing, she rung us up and we were out of the door!! I can tell that this location is making major improvements bc it's not a mess anymore, so many people greeted us when we came in and when we were walking in the parking lot. Great job Target on Chenal!!
