Walgreens

I moved to Little Rock, Arkansas for over a year now. Walgreens has been one of my primary shopping store for over a decade back when I was in Maryland. Recently I just realized how convenient the Order online/ Pickup in store is, it always went swiftly without any product mistakes. Only downside was short of staff, which I understand how hard it is due to the pandemic. A lot of stores are suffering this issue.

But I would really like to say, staff were so far friendly and responsive when I came into this store for pickup request. Once before that my item needed replacement, I called and asked for some other assistance. A lady over the phone was thoughtful and trying very hard to make my order worth the deal. I was very impressed and grateful though I didn’t know her name. I do very much appreciate this Walgreens is here and open 24 hours. :)

Huge selection compared to a lot of other Walgreens I’ve been to. Not to mention it seemed like almost everything was on sale

I previously rated this a two star Walgreens, but they have made so many improvements over the last 6 months. Their pharmacy is now lightning quick. Thank you for making that change happen

Went to the Walgreens on chenal to pick up a prescription. I asked if there was a GoodRx coupon for the meds, they said there was no coupon for it. They charged me $60 for the prescription. Then she said just hold on 5 minutes while I fill it. Then they didn’t even have the ingredients needed to fill the medication. So she had to refund it all (said I would get the money back in 3-5 days). She was like “go check the bowman one and see if they can fill it.” Wasn't possible for them to call the bowman location to transfer it for us. So we did that. Got over to the bowman location, told Christina the pharmacist what happened and she was SO kind and helpful and said “I know thats frustrating, thank you for your patience, that’ll be $15.” I said “wow, the chenal Walgreens charged us $60.” To which she replied “oh they must not have applied the coupon.” All that to say. If you have a choice go to the Walgreens on bowman. That was my second bad experience with the Walgreens on Chenal and I will not be going back. They go out of their way to help you at the bowman location and it makes such a difference.

After going to three other Walgreens for passport photos, Nichole at this location quickly and nicely helped me and my 7 month old. I was clearly too much of an inconvenience for the other location’s staff. Thank you Nichole

I will always choose this particular pharmacy, over years of experience with amazing, friendly staff and extremely caring, passionate pharmacists, I can say without a doubt that there is no better pharmacy I’ve ever visited. They have always exceeded expectations and have gone far above and beyond to help me with all of my needs. They are the fastest, most helpful, caring and passionate professionals one could ever imagine.

Great service! The staff was really helpful. They listened and took the time to find out what I needed. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush to get to the next customer. I really appreciate all their help in making sure we got the correct medications.

Cant beat 24hours 7days a week. They do deal in high volume and you may have to wait a minute but they are way faster and better staffed than any other in little rock

I WOULD GO HERE NUMEROUS TIMES A DAY AND ID RATHER SHOP AT THE WAL-GREENS THAN, TO SHOP AT THE WAL-MART. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GOING INTO THIS STORES LOCATION. THE ATMOSPHERE, THE EMPLOYEES,THE MANAGER IS EVEN AMAZING. I LOVE THIS LOCATION.

I don't know about all the bad things about this store but when every other store on the planet was closed an the service station didn't have what I needed this store was open!!!!!!!! So I have to give it 5 if I could 20 stars just for that.

The people who worked there were extremely helpful and nice when inquiring questions about health; specifically their grad students!
