I can’t say enough great things about La Grandes Lincare! Penny was a huge help and an absolute wealth of knowledge! I’ve recommended them to so many people, even if just for calling to get information on what’s required by insurance, or to ask what kind of supplies they carry, they have always been a tremendous help!! Thanks to everyone there for providing such great service to Eastern Oregon!

The staff takes really good care of me. They are always friendly and helpful.

Lincare works well with us, they are friendly, they are quick to respond to questions & requests, instruction are clear & concise!

Cant really speak of the company yet but the customer service here in La Grande is so awesome! Made me feel comfortable and not just like a price tag.

My local Lincare is great. Supplies are delivered timely. Rep' s are friendly and helpful. Only objection is portable tank is so cumbersome with my osteoporosis makes it difficult for me to maneuver so it restricts my mobility.

Do not pay these people with your debit Card, twice they took out money without permission and even though I was confirmed with a payment plan, they acted confused and took out the entire payment of $300.00 and refused to give it back. I had to deactivate my card because of how shady they have been, always make sure you pay by money order or get a one time only loadable debit card each time.

Less than 12 hours after my mother past away it was apparently more important for Lincare to have their equipment back and make money from someone else than for my family time to mourn.

There is no caring with Lincare

LINCARE SERVICE LACKS FOLLOW THROUGH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I INDICATED TO THE SALESMAN THAT MY ORDERED SERVICE WAS FOR A PERSON WITH MEMORY PROBLEMS AND/OR DEMENTIA, AND I SHOULD BE CONTACTED WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVED. NOT ONLY WAS I NOT CONTACTED WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVED, MY INQUIRY REGARDING THE PRODUCT ENDED WITHOUT A CALL BACK. I THEN CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THE INSTALLER WAS ON THE WAY TO THE PATIENTS' HOME. BY THE TIME THE PRODUCT FINALLY ARRIVED, THE PATIENT FELL AND NEEDED EMERGENCY SERVICES BUT HAD TO CALL 911 ON HER OWN BECAUSE THE LINCARE EQUIPMENT ARRIVED LATE AND DID NOT GET INSTALLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
