Fernando in the flooring section provided the best customer service I have ever encountered at Lowes. He was extremely knowledge regarding the products and was so helpful in helping us find exactly what we wanted. Thank you Fernando!!!

Hard to find what we needed, but an employee came right away and showed us exactly what to get and even made sure we got a necessary accessory we had no idea we needed! Great service. Lowes is always our first go to fir anything home repair related!

We went for some paint for a couple of projects. As usual, Lowe's does so good they end up being the go-to for tintable paint and definitely tintable stain. I always get all of my stain for my business from Lowe's in Bryant.

Husband needed something to repair water hose. Had in stock and also bought a cute fall display truck they had on sale. In and out fast.

This is a good place to shop home improvement items. The customer service people are very helpful in handling issues you may have. Shelves are well organized. The items can be easily located using the information posted online. Occasionally I had to wait for someone to help getting items on the high shelf, but the wait is not super long except very rare cases.

At first our experience wasn’t that good, we had talked to two prior employees about getting someone to help us buy a washer. After waiting about ten minutes, nobody came. However, Jamie (Lowe’s Employee) was such a kind heart to help us when he had just got off his break, he was sweet and understanding. He had gotten our backs when we needed someone and was extremely easy to talk to. His service was amazing and he was willing to do so much more. That man deserves a much needed raise or even a promotion.

We absolutely need more Jamie’s! :D

Good store had garage door insulation kit in stock. Got 2 down quickly for me.

I love the Lowe's in Bryant. I am working on home improvements so I have been in several times a week for the past two months. The staff in the paint department is so helpful. They helped me match paint that was on my walls for over 10 years.

My business orders lots of materials from this store for our various jobs. Have never had an issue with them or any employees there. This Lowe's location has helpful staff that is highly knowledgeable in their area. If you have a lumber question, the lumber staff can help you and point you in the right direction, or if you have a plumbing question, they have employees that work in the plumbing department that are former master plumbers. We will definitely continue to order materials/supplies from this store!

Wade found us the perfect storm door and all the items needed to install it! Very nice guy!

Having lot of trouble with getting a new mower delivered by jacksonville Lowes. For some reason they kept transferring me to Bryant Lowes. I was getting so FRUSTRATED, and was connected to Angela. She was so patient, and spent a lot time looking for a record of our mower. I didn't know I was talking to Bryant store. She finally asked.....where I was calling from. I thought this strange, and replied...Jacksonville. Well Angela said no wonder we can't find your records. We both had a good laugh, and said I was so sorry for taking up so much of her time. Angela said all was well. Thank very much Angela.

Great customer service and selection.... found everything I needed for my de k and backyard projects. Replacing lattice under deck and finally transplanting some ground cover, mosquito deterrent, and perennials. Still a work in progress, but I know where to get what I need.

This place we use all the time not this particular location but we we're looking around at Christmas stuff and love the iconic Christmas decorations they always have every year also they always have lots of things to help make your home or business as efficient as possible.

I was searching for something specific a week before Christmas, and the website informed me that there were 3 in stock at this store. I drove all the way there, but they were not on the shelf nor did I see a spot for them. Chad saw me looking for something and asked if he could help. He didn't see a spot on the shelf for them, either, but said his electronic scanner thingy said his store had 4 in stock. His eagle eye spotted a box stacked up above with the item number on it, and he retrieved a ladder and climbed up and found what I was looking for! Anyone else would have just said, "I don't know," and gone on about their business but Chad went above and beyond and actually provided customer service. Who knew? I was in and out of the store on the Sunday before Christmas in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I went there for.
