Matthew and Carl were awesome! They came at a prompt time, set everything up, and were finished in a matter of 15- 20 minutes! The gentleman were very friendly and answered all the questions I had. We bought three reclining sofas from Ashley in Bryant and had them delivered. Matthew and Carl delivered them with expertise, putting moving cloth around our doorframes to prevent any scuffs. Both were polite and professional. They put the sofas exactly where we wanted them, and finished quickly. We will definitely buy from Ashley in Bryant again! Five stars!

Had a wonderful buying experience with Ashley Home Store in Bryant. Tim the bed guy is exceptional. Tim knows everything there is to know about beds. We bought our new bed along with the Pillow and Egyptian sheets package and had it delivered to our house in Maumelle. The bed was delivered but they somehow forgot to deliver the sheets with the new bed! I called the store and talked to Tim the bed guy and they had someone take a special trip to our house to deliver the new sheets within an hour. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

From walking in the door, to furniture delivery, this was one of the classiest buying experiences we've ever had. It's clear that owner Wyatt Ferguson leads his company different than most in Arkansas today. Kelly was our primary salesperson, and she was amazing. Never pushy, just incredibly helpful and informative. She asked all the right questions, genuinely cared about what we were trying to do, and was honest about how Ashley could get that done. And the quality of the pieces were amazing! We STRONGLY recommend that if you're going to buy furniture, go to Ashely. Top to bottom, the whole process is amazing.

Our experience working with the Ashley store in Bryant was amazing from the moment we walked in. We was great warmly but The sales team out sales member Mike E was awesome he found use the best deals on the items we wanted!! We had a small misunderstanding with the delivery time frame, However the amazing Sale manger Sissy worked hard along with Her team to explain and expedite our delivery. Can’t ask for better friendlier sales team and quick response to delivery questions and concerns. Sissy and her team are the best. Sissy and Mike along with the rest of the team, thank so much for making our furniture shopping so enjoyable and painless!!!!!

Carl, Alex and Matthew did a great job delivering my dining room furniture. They were on time, friendly, quick and very nice. They worked together and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend these guys.

Mathew, Carl, and George were awesome! They were able to move our old couches out and put in the new ones very quickly. Super friendly too!

My wife and I recently bought a new sofa, loveseat and oversized chair from Ashley’s. We have shopped here many times and purchased numerous items over the years and I just want to say the sales team here is professional and always very helpful. Cameron was our salesperson and was a huge help in locating an oversized chair to go with our new living room furniture we picked out. The suit we purchased didn’t include the oversized chair but he found a style we liked and we were able to change the fabric color to match the sofa and loveseat. We looked at quite a few living rooms and asked lots of questions and Cameron patiently helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Also, I wanted to say the deliverymen, Matthew and Carl were prompt and professional. After arriving, they surrounded the door frame with padding to prevent any damage to the furniture and had everything set up in less than 15 minutes! I really enjoyed talking to these guys. They are two great representatives of Ashley’s Furniture! A really great customer service experience from sales to delivery in a time when customer service for many companies is nonexistent.

Marcus and Carl are the best!! They delivered our bedroom furniture with professionalism & with great care. That’s really saying a lot being that we are on the 3rd floor! And it was raining. They even took a few short minutes to assist one of our neighbors in need. Marcus noticed that the mirror was not included with the delivery. He said, “you will get it today”. He was as good as his word! Thank you both!

Jerrod Nash showed us the bedroom furniture collections. We had a particular suite in mind but wanted to see others. He showed us every suite in the store—very patient, and answered our questions. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery of our bedroom furniture, but our furniture is arriving tomorrow (2 weeks). We are very pleased with our shopping experience at Ashley.

We had our furniture delivered today by Mathew and Carl and they were fabulous. They took great care to move in each piece, and threw in some much needed humor to lighten my morning. Thanks Carl and Mathew.

I had such a great experience at Ashley’s Furniture in Bryant. At first I was dreading to go in because I didn’t think I would find anything. I knew I would get overwhelmed with all the sofas choices that were there. And just leave. But a very nice sweet young lady by the name of Emily meet me at the door. And then ask me if she could be of any help to me. And that she would gladly show me around at whatever I needed help with. I needed a sofa and love set. Well she knew exactly where to take me after I described what I was looking for. With in the hour I had made my decision on my choice of a sofa and love seat. She saved me so much time of trying to find something on my own.
I made a wonderful purchase. If anyone ever needs help looking for anything at Ashley’s Furniture in Bryant, I would highly recommend asking for Emily.
