Elle thank you so much for always being so kind and the other staff as well. You also always make this drink and others perfect to the last drop every time. You effort should be recognized more, so thank you greatly for everyday you’re at work doing this!

I frequent Starbucks, especially while traveling! As such, I'm always on the look out for locations that have something special. I found one!

First, the food & drink: yummy, as expected. We ordered some of our usual drinks and tried something new. We ordered the hot cafe mocha, the cold vanilla bean cream Frappuccino, and the new cinnamon caramel cream cold brew. The new Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew is STOUT. As expected, the nitro is strong but the cinnamon caramel cream is complex. The caramel is sweet but the cinnamon is kinda bitter. It accentuated the bitterness of the coffee. I'm not sure its love, but usually I gravitate to the extremely sweet flavors. We also had a delicious chocolate croissant, definitely try them warmed.

Secondly, the atmosphere and attitude of the batistas working today was exceptional. Everyone behind the counter was smiley and kind. Then, I found the little gem of this spot! They have a cute little gratitude box! It was right on the counter and easily accessible to the customers and the employees. I looked through some of the blank ones and some that were filled out. As I was looking, one of the baristas explained the idea to me. She said when they are having a challenging or rough day, the employee can grab a card or 2 and get a little lift. Some of the notes were from the employees to each other. There were things like "I'm thankful for my coworkers" and "(so-and-so) picked up a shift for me", among others. There were generic ones like "I know people can suck but I'm thankful you're here", and "keep your head up".
Here's my take: happy workers make happy customers make happy workplaces make happy workers, and around and around. Definitely worth a stop to fill up on coffee and smiles.

On a road trip passing through at about 9:30 am. I walked into the store but there was also a drive through option available. Tori was SO nice, welcoming, patient and accommodating. I think they were in the middle of restocking because there were a bunch of boxes waiting to be unpacked, but that didn't bother me. There were 7 people working, and the energy was so positive and supportive amidst the hustle and bustle as they all worked together as a team to make it a well oiled machine to serve customers. Great teamwork, you can tell that lovely people work here, and they work hard. Thank you for a great experience! Another bonus: rainbow 🌈 pride flag on the door. ❤

I’ll be honest, going into this store I was looking for the regular experience I’ve had at this store. Insanely busy, slow service, and workers who don’t seem to give that much of a care that you are there. This store has been markedly below average every time I’ve gone. After this trip I’ve got to say it’s the best Starbucks trip I’ve ever taken. I don’t know if there are new managers or what but they are killing it. Usually walking in to pick up a pickup order at any Starbucks is a game of sitting through the items looking for your stuff or waiting on a rushed employee to slam down your stuff without word and run away. As soon as I walked in the woman behind the counter greeted me despite there being a full house and asked what I was there to pickup. When I told her my name she knew exactly what was ready and the one item I was waiting for which she then called down the line for and was immediately responded by another employee that my food was done. The original woman ran down the line, grabbed my food, gave it to me and told me to have a wonderful day. That place was as busy as I’ve ever seen a Starbucks and it was running like a very well oiled machine. Huge appreciation for how hard everyone was in there working!

Lauren in the drive-thru is by FAR my favorite barista!! She always has a smile on her face & is always very sweet. Best worker this place has.

We like having our starbucks inside rather than as a carryout.

The crew here trully makes it a joyfull and positive experience. The manager doesn't seem to be very good at there job but the crew is top notch! Recommend this location to anyone. Fast good service

I ordered ahead on the app, and they have your drinks waiting for you. Service is fast and friendly. My drink was exactly how I expected.

Very good! We stop here a lot on our way home from Little Rock to Hot Springs. I drank mine before I could get a picture, lol.

These baristas are so efficient and fast. They make you feel comfortable, and they’re always smiling. Shout out to Brina For amazing service.! I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS

Ok, I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks but he wanted to go. It was super busy and I just wanted to be home but the line went quick, the guy on the speaker was super polite and funny as heck when we pulled up to the window. Our order came out fast and was accurate. His drink was delicious and my pink drink was out of this world. I had never had it before.

It's in a great location! Kroger has so many options! The starbucks is modest and modern like the whole aesthetic of this Kroger

Love this place but not many understand what it takes to work here. It can get very overwhelming if it's busy people get pretty demanding, they are having new hires so theres a lot of training. Over all I love this location they get pretty busy and it does get a bit backed up but they usually bounce right back getting people's order out quicker! Just be patient give them a chance if you wait more than 10 minutes let them know to assure nothing happened to the printer with the stickers bc it can get jammed or need to be changed out not their fault they do the best that they can!!

Order was perfect. Starbucks coffee starts the morning off right.

Great employees and drinks.. Their season drink the peppermint Moca thing is amazing it taste just like a peppermint patty it's yummy. Would definitely recommend because even with all this going on in the world they still was fast at getting our drinks and really sweet.

After driving 10 hours with two more to follow we needed some coffee. We placed our order via the Starbucks app, donned our mask, zipped in and it was ready to go. The staff were wearing masks and the coffee tasted so good. Awesome!

I'm biased since I live nearby, but this is the best Starbucks in the world, in my humble opinion. I travel a lot for work and have been to numerous locations around the country and beyond, and this one has, by far, been the best. Celia, Amber, and the other workers there on the early shift always have me well taken care of every morning on the way to work. If it weren't for the quality of service they provide, I'm not sure it would be as big of a morning ritual for me otherwise. Keep up the good work!

Corinna is their best employee they have. No matter what happens she's always working the hardest and friendly to every customer no matter how they treat her. If you see a redhead on bar making drinks you can trust its going to be exactly what you want and how you ordered it.
