I just had the worst experience ever on the phone with a T-Mobile rep that completely screwed up not only mine but the internet service I have at my mother in laws. I was on the phone for 2-3 hours only to have to run to T-Mobile in Benton Arkansas to trade in my gateway. 🤦🏻‍♀ Thank goodness for justice! He knows his stuff and while working on my issue he was able to assist another customer during a download time for my gateway. So impressive! Y’all do yourself a favor and do your business at the Benton T-Mobile 20770 I-30 Ste 140, Benton, AR 72019. First time customer there but will never go anywhere else.

It's the best T-Mobile store that I've ever stepped foot in!!!! THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. Al was a Rockstar in all aspects!!!

Great service, great deal talked to big AL he helped us out quickly and answered all questions.

I went in for internet, I told myself before I went in "do not buy anything else, just internet".

So I left with internet, a new phone plan, and a new phone, along with accessories.

Seriously though, Brad hooked it up 🤙, great customer service, knowledgeable. Went out of his way to get me the device I wanted while on my lunch break. 🙏💯

I will admit I was skeptical to change service providers. Justin provided excellent customer service and was also very knowledgeable about the products T-Mobile sells. The process was smooth, painless, and easy. I drove passed other T-Mobile stores to go specifically to The Benton location to see him. I was referred by a friend and made a friend in the process. The location manager, Andrew, had some insights on a few products that were realitively new and was very knowledgeable as well. Dillon stepped up and help get screen protectors on the new devices. It was really a community effort. I just want to say thank you for the exceptional service. Keep this up and you will be making customers for life.

Ask for Erica!! She was so helpful and so patient, and she really knows her stuff! I had such a great experience with her and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! Got me fixed up with my new iPhone quickly and efficiently! No complaints!

We got to the store 15 minutes before they opened, they opened the door and let us in! Andrew is amazing, and LaPorshiaand Marco are the perfect team players for him. They both helped me and my husband settle all of our concerns, and it was a wonderful experience!!! Totally recommend the mobile experts at hurricane Creek.

I think a lot of people are skeptical when switching phone services. It's because we all get the notion that they are all the same. Decided to come check things out at this location and was immediately helped by Kaelin. She is helping out at this store but is originally from a different location. Well I'm definitely glad she was there. I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We have been with Sprint for 7 years and our bill has steadily gone up each time. I've been wanting to switch for a long time. Verizon quoted us $300 to switch and we've already been with AT&T before Sprint. She was able to save us money, we walked out of the store with 2 new phones, screen protectors, and phone cases for less than $100. She even gave us her personal number if we ever needed her. Will definitely recommend T-Mobile to others. Kaelin, thank you for making the change so painless and making us feel welcome.

Robert was my sales representative and he just went above and beyond for me. He told me about new products and promotions that I will be/am very interested in. He explained items and payments very well to my understanding. Great sales man, without adding pressure of unwanted buys. I had a wonderful experience with him at this location. I will be recommending this store to my friends and family.

This store location has an extremely intelligent crew that was on top of their game and went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service possible. I just want to say thank you to the employees at this store location and keep up the awesome work!

Very nice experience at the Benton store. No pressure, pleasant atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff, especially Johnny and Chad. Best phone deals and plans around. Saved a bundle by ditching AT&T and can't wait for 5G to come out. Pay them a visit and check it out.

Couldn't have had a better experience!! Johnny & Chad were AWESOME! They were down to earth, informative, super helpful, & BEST of all no high aggressive pressure sales. They were honest and went waaay outta their way to make sure we were comfortable & happy with our phones, the plans, and answered any and all questions we had. You know that “feeling” you get when you walk into a cellular store? Not this one! Excellent service from the minute you walk in. Johnny, Shaunte, Chad all went out of their way to present our options clearly and patiently. No pressure, they didn’t have to;T-mobile had the best plan to fit my families needs and budget. LaPorshia really brings the life to this store!!! and Andrew is an amazing compliment to her. everytime i come in the store, ithey always go the extra mile and work together to Work out ANY ISSUES I COME INTO THE STORE with. i always come in to spend money and walk out a happy customer.

The assistant manager, SHELBY W., was more than helpful and patient with all my cell phone needs. He was always available for questions and issues with my service. I highly recommend the Benton /Bryant location. Ask for SHELBY, HE DESERVES A PROMOTION.

I came in today to set up my Netflix and LaPorshia was so sweet and got everything taken care of for me. The process was a lot quicker and less painful than i thought it would be due to her amazing customer service. she definitely deserves a raise!

Issac Lovelace and Robert Eaton were able to assist me with a frustrating ordeal with my account. They were able to assist and resolve my problem. They diligently looked into my account as well as contacted customer service to see that the issue was resolved. I truly appreciate their great work and will be back for more business!
