Po Boys-Po Boys

Let me start by saying yes, I have had po boys in NOLA and all over Louisiana. So I'm aware of what goes into a good one. This food truck knows what makes a good po boy and they are doing it right.

I got a crawfish po boy, a side of jambalaya and side of etoufee. The sandwich was perfect French bread, a slightly spicy remoulade sauce, and perfectly fried crawfish. (They also had versions with catfish, shrimp, and pork chops).

The sandwich was so big, I took half home. It was so good and comparable to any I've had in Louisiana. The jambalaya was good but the etoufee is probably the best I've ever had, including in upscale restaurants in large cities. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be back. It was so good I posted to Facebook immediately after eating and encouraged my friends to go right then and get some. This truck is usually in Benton but does move around some. I've eaten Cajun food in New Orleans before and this was better. It was amazing food. My wife and I got the shrimp and crawfish po boys so we could sample them to see which one we liked the best. We also sampled the gumbo, jambalaya, and ettoffee. They were all amazing. We will definitely be returning customers.

Hey, I had lunch @ an awesome place today! I had shrimp & grits, jambalaya, étouffée, deep-fried crawfish w/ roumalade sauce, bourbon-soaked bread pudding & banana pudding....all prepared by my nephew, Aaron Bradshaw, owner of said business!!! What a treat! Seasoned just right! Great job Aaron! Keep it up!!!❤

Absolutely delicious food. Got the crawfish po boy with a side of crawfish etouffee and they were both SO good. Best (and biggest) po boy I’ve ever had. Great price for how much food you get. Will definitely be back!!

Po boys were delicious. Sampled and ordered the eh tu fe which was also delicious. But the po boy was very filling so I haven't finished the stew.

Great crawfish poboy (feels like leidenhimers bread!) and gumbo, will definitely keep an eye out for next time they are in west LR!

I sent my friend to go get me a po boy and some Étouffée not expecting anything amazing because no where in Arkansas has ever impressed me!!! This hands down is the best! Highly recommend
