My Mother passed away in Florida and was to be buried in Alexander Arkansas so I had to deal with a funeral home in Florida and Arkansas. What a difference there was using Pinecrest. Everything went smoothly once they took over and they were very caring with are neeeds

Emily was very supportive and helpful from the very first contact. The California funeral home[keatons/a dignity member] was absolutely incompetent to say the least, they didn't/ couldn't follow thru on anything. And I'm sure they won't send me a review option! But with the supportive care and help from Emily and Pinecrest we were able to get mom home to Arkansas. Chris the minister Emily provided made it a very special day too with an absolute perfect service. Thank you Pinecrest for all you care. Pinecrest is the absolute best in every way.

Several of my family members are buried here so I've been to this place a lot. The staff have always been helpful and understanding to my family. The cemetery itself is beautiful and each section has amazing names. The land is so pretty and well taken care of so much so, that even though you're there for a sad reason the beauty of nature feels comforting.

Pinecrest and it's team of professionals made the arrangements for my Dads service do much easier thsn I expected. While my parents had prearranged much of the funeral, which I highly recommend, there are still elements that have to be dealt with. They answered all my questions, showed me options, and gave me time to make decisions. I also had plenty of time to submit pictures for video and make changes that I needed to make. They were readily available, and I was always their highest priority. This was not easy but they were right there to support and guide me throughout the entire process. The facilities were pretty and inviting, and I will always be grateful for their professionalism, support and kindness.

I worked with Amanda on her wedding as her Coordinator. She was not only delightful and easy to work with, she was highly organized and efficient in responses. I really appreciated her eye for detail and the manner in which she carried herself both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend her to handle all your needs. She is very organized and conscientious. A true gem!

Even though this is something I never want to go through again with a family member, Pine Crest did an amazing job! Carson was so compassionate and caring from the beginning. The facility is absolutely beautiful and everything was done that we asked above and beyond!

The employees at Pinecrest were amazing. At one of the worst times in my life they made my planning process so easy. They all made my grief just a little bit easier. I did not have to worry about anything. They did just as they said they would and really went the extra mile to take as many burdens off me as they could.

We highly recommend the services offered by Pinecrest! Amanda is a thoughtful and conscientious funeral director on their team and was instrumental in helping us make choices to best honor my father in law. We were impressed that such a young person was so empathetic and that every time we found that we needed something additional she rose to the challenge. The relief of having someone in charge who got every single thing done exactly right during such a difficult time is a blessing. The spaces for services there are lovely, especially if it’s nice enough weather to include the outside area. The dedication of the team showed in the way they all pitch in to decorate to reflect the life of the deceased person. In addition, they included paintings that my father in law had made during his life. Personal touches like that is just one of the reasons we are glad and grateful that Pinecrest was our choice and that we were lucky enough to have Amanda assisting us. On a scale of ten, we give them, and her, a twelve.

I took a tour of Pinecrest today and WOW! It’s not like your traditional funeral home at all. It’s very modern and cozy with a home like environment. They offer wonderful amenities for families and I feel are 💯 committed to making the celebration of a loved ones life a memorable and pleasant experience! I have not experienced this based on a loved ones death, my experience is strictly from a tour but I would recommend this wonderful place. The staff are truly caring and have the best interest of you and your loved ones at heart!

We used Pinecrest for final plans for my Mother’s recent death. We were lucky enough to be blessed with Amanda Ware. We are very pleased with the services that Pinecrest Funeral Home, located in Bryant Arkansas, provided to our family when my father recently passed away. Doug, the funeral director, took time to listen to everything we wanted. He did not push us for anything. Things were offered and if we did not want that, he simply marked it no. We did not need a urn for her ashes as we plan to scatter them as soon as we get them back. No problem. No pressure. We got EXACTLY what we wanted. My mother had preplanned and all was paid for. All we owed was for the obituary and death certificates. We could not be more pleased in this very sad time.
