Some dealerships advertise with teaser prices to get people to come in. Then the price jumps a couple of thousand dollars. Our experience at Harmon was exactly as advertised plus extras in our favor. I wish I could give Kyle and this dealership 10 stars. This was the most welcoming, caring, passionate dealership I have ever been too. I got on a plane from Illinois and Kyle had a driver waiting at the Little Rock airport when I arrived. We basically did the deal over the phone and it was hard trusting a car salesman but when I got there I realized what kind of people we were dealing with, I felt like family. Honestly trust these people with your life and know you are getting an incredible vehicle at even a better price. We love our 2018 GMC Sierra. Although I am 11 hours away I will definitely be buying more cars from Kyle. BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! TRUST ME!!!!!!!

My husband and I were assisting our daughter and son-in-law with driving around to find a good deal on a car. We stopped in because we were randomly stopping at different dealerships and this place... Y'all, this place.
So, my two early 20's kids walked up to Calvin. Calvin was sitting outside enjoying the weather. My husband and I stayed in the vehicle with the grandbaby. The kids went in and was there for quite a few minutes before texting me to come inside. Being young, the kids needed advice on a few of the details.
After going in and speaking with Calvin, I found that he was super helpful, explaining everything patiently, assisting to find the kids a great family vehicle on their lot, making sure to keep the payments within the kid's budget, and giving them the respect that they should receive.
I was very impressed with the care Calvin took with my family. He could have scooted them out the door, sold them a clunker, and been dismissive. He wasn't, though. He was taking into account that the kids needed someone to help them understand the details of getting a reliable vehicle and that they were just getting started but needed and deserved a reliable ride. I just found him to be so genuine and caring.
He impressed me so thoroughly that I will be buying my next vehicle from him. I think Calvin earned my family's business and I will certainly be recommending him to anyone who asks.

Kyle made sure some things were fixed on our car AFTER we bought it; these things we didn't ask to be fixed and probably would've never noticed. Then they delivered the car to our door 3 hours away for no charge. Great experience. Highly recommended.
