This company is the bomb! We had a major hail storm and decided we should get our roof checked out. Our insurance agent and adjuster were giving us mixed messages; it was confusing. But they gave us a claim# & told us to get a roofing company to come out and inspect for damage. I called Capital after doing some online research and I'm sure glad I did. Not only did Tanner come out the day I called, but the owner, Jon, had a prepared line-by-line memo detailing the insurance claim procedure. It informed me of what to expect and what to do. It was such a big help and alleviated my anxiety about the process. Apparently, I'm not the only one that has expressed this confusion.
Once the adjuster came out to do their inspection, we were told to get quotes from different companies, and again this led us to choose Capital and we are very happy with the quality work they did. It is obvious that this local Saline County business has fine-tuned their processes. Everything was done in a seamless manner with the least amount of disruption possible. The roof we chose for our house and 2 barns is high-quality and beautiful. They actually did all the work in one day and that included clean-up and running their magnets around the structures more times than I can count.
Tanner supervised our work and was hands on and available throughout the day. When he would leave for a bit, I knew I could expect him back soon. He kept me updated and I enjoyed talking with him. I also had a chance to visit with Jon and his wife Shelly, and I probably took up too much of their time with my random ramblings. That's what they get for being so easy to talk to, ha!
Overall, very happy with the job they did and I would highly recommend them and would definitely call them again if needed. Thank you!

These guys were GREAT!! Tanner Francis actually came out and temporarily patched a hole from a limb falling on my roof before we were able to start the claim! He took care of us like family and made it so easy. He worked with our insurance company and was a complete professional. Great company and crew that provided excellent quality work. They went over and above to get things clean, and you will not have to worry about one single thing. Stop looking and just call them up, a company you can trust.
