Bank OZK

I was afraid that this location would not be able to meet my banking needs but it isn't as small as it looks! The people I worked with here were very nice and seemed knowledgeable in the areas I needed assistance. I was very grateful that I did not have to wait a lengthy time either. Almost as soon as I walked in the door someone was smiling at me asking to assist me!

Always a BOTO (sorry mean OZK 😉) fan! I've been banking here since I was a teenager.

Very disappointed in their drive-through times, maybe because I have a new account but even if I'm the first one there I'm the last to leave. on top of that I had an account and came every week for like 6 weeks before they stopped asking do I have an account rather rudely instead of greeting me whenever I arrived. I guess I'm being punished now 🤣

Horrible customer service teller were very unprofessional I’ll not recommend Ozk bank to anyone in my family or friends

I went there today to make some transitions and then I asked to the lady if I could get 4 statements from last year from a different month and she kind of got mad and charged me 20 for crazy customer service is getting bad

Horrible customer service. Went in to start a new account no other customers were in the bank and I was still put on hold. Maybe another branch would be a better option.
