Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The staff went above and beyond with their service. From greeting me when I walked in. To helping me make my meal fit my dietary requirements. They got me my drink from the self-serve fountain in the lobby and held the doors open for me as I left. And the food tasted great. Thank you, Zaxby staff, for making my visit so enjoyable. 😊

Chicken is great but the only problem I have is the prices have not been changed to the new prices. Let's get those drive-thru signs right so there is no misunderstanding.

Today there was 1 employee at work. She was doing it all by herself. At the speaker she would tell you she is alone and doing it all would you mind waiting? Get this young lady some help. But she did great. There was about 4 cars behind me everyone was being nice and waiting. Will be going again very soon. Food was hot and good.

I've been to this location a few times and it's usually okay. Today it looked like a bunch of young girls working and trying their best with a bunch of old men screaming at them.
I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich but I was given a crispy chicken sandwich but I'd be messing up orders too if a bunch of old men were screaming at me about things like sweet tea. The crispy sandwich instead I got was good even if I prefer grilled.

Wish I could give this place a 10/10. Always great food here. While I was deployed, I googled and emailed the owner of this store if they could send us some Zax Sauce to the desert since we missed the sauce so much. The owners was so excited to help us out and sent us literal cases. He has made me a lifetime lover of the place. Always fresh food at this store too, never had a bad experience.

I always order a fried Cobb salad with EXTRA EVERYTHING!! I go or I send my daughter. I don’t care how much it cost, that’s what I want!! Well tonight my salad was the best it’s been in a while. It was GREAT! Zaxby’s in Jacksonville AR

I would like to say hats off to The General Manger Mr. Brown. After the experience I had on the last visit Mr. Brown and Staff made sure this visit today was done decent and in order. Thanks so much for having a listen ear. This visit is a FIVE STAR. Mr. Brown was very polite and had great manners. Good for a fast food place. Food chicken strips and service has always been good. I've been there 5-6 times. Don't much care for their "special sauce" though.

Servers are very friendly and polite. Drive thru orders are always prompt, and exactly as ordered. Love their salads, and will definitely continue being a return customer.

We just had some Zaxby’s Two Signature Sandwiches with tomato and lettuce and fries and nuclear hot wangs. We were in the drive thru and When I tell YOU …The whole order was on Point …Listen to me …WE ALL LOVED EVERYTHING..Thank Youuuu for the Best Chicken Sandwiches and wangs …Excellent Food PERIOD!!!!!💕

Buffalo Blue salad is my favorite, and I love that they still serve both French & Blue Cheese dressings, while many of their competitors have omitted those flavors. Also, kids eat for half price! :-)

I have had amazing service here. The food is more consistently fresh than any other zaxbys I've been to. Only thing I would tweak is more seasoning on the fries. 😋

The food was hot and fresh. I enjoyed it and so did my fiance which is rare. Will eat there again. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Great counter Waitresses and Chief service settings for food Prep customers. The menu selections listed were under the daily 2000 low Calorie intake of a Dietistion Meal.

Food was great, had a Cobb salad. I just wish the Zaxby's in Benton would open their dining room.

This is by far the best place I've tasted in Conway. Their food is always fresh and the service is impeccable. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I am a regular customer love their chicken strips and the salads. This location drive thru very quick employees very nice.
