First I want to say how much I have enjoyed my experiences here. First thing I did was a 1 hour float. The environment is relaxing and peaceful. Staff was super friendly and just great to chat with. I did my float and left feeling amazing.

Second thing I did was light therapy. I was unsure about this but it was amazing. A 30 min session was perfect. It was a really cool experience and I left feeling relaxed and just happy. I have one more appointment for a 2 hour float. You really leave feeling brand new and light on your feet. I will always come here when I need to unplug from the world. The staff really love what they do and it fully shows.

This was a truly exceptional experience. I am almost incapable of describing the therapeutic benefits of this float. I was excited to try it and it did not disappoint. I am a pretty big guy (6ft 290 lbs) and I was able to stretch out and float.

My husband and I love coming here! He is a huge fan of the floats, and I do the Lucia Light which is fabulous. Do yourself a favor, and give this them a try!!

I really enjoyed my time at Therapods. Sally was so kind and accommodating. The facility is clean and inviting, and I had a great experience.

I've been floating here for over a year and it has completely changed my life. I no longer spend thousands a year going to a chiropractor for my back pain. My Fibromyalgia flare ups are less intense and less often. My mind benefits greatly from the tranquility. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Sally and her spa. They're both amazing! Her staff is wonderful and welcoming as well, I love this place and the people. I have found that over time the benefits just keep adding up. Once you start you won't want to stop.

First off, facility is super squeaky clean! The customer service is top notch. The float tank is such a life changing event. So relaxing, equal to a full body massage… not kidding. You will levitate and glide out on a cloud filled with cotton candy. Sally is the best in the business. We have been coming for years now. And I purchase gift cards for all my inner circle. Run don’t walk to go get your appointment asap.

This is one of those places you need to go in and talk to the owner. Sally is very welcoming and patiently explained everything. We even got a tour in which she showed the tub, floating area, massage room and the light.
The place is clean and even has a hairsalon. We gave it a try the next day as there was a slot available. My husband went floating and I really needed a haircut. Sally is a good stylist and conversationalist. Price is reasonable.
In short this little spa is a welcoming place of tranquility. Give it a try!

I could not give this place a higher recommendation. If you suffer from stress or pain Sally and her team will make it all melt away. I’ve never been so relaxed and at ease in my entire life. I will be forever grateful for this experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience here, I came out of the float tank feeling like I had slept for a year! I don't think I've ever been more relaxed. Sally is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole visit fantastic.

Great atmosphere to relax and enjoy a float or some light therapy!

I was able to have an hour of complete darkness and silence and the only sense of touch was the water which has always been my place of healing. All of these I have been craving to have. I was able to relax quite easily and let go. I focused on my breathing; just listening to the air flow in and out and my heart beat through my body. I have now found away to reset, to let go, to focus on my mental and physical health without distraction.

My boyfriend and I went this Saturday and the woman at the front desk was super nice, welcoming, and patient with questions about the float! The experience was relaxing and I thought it was very accomodating to have a little vanity set up to dry hair/ fix yourself up before leaving.

I had done a float quite some time ago after watching some Joe Rogan videos on YouTube of him talking about it. It has been at least a couple years since my first float, and wow was the second so much better! The first was enjoyable, but you learn so much after that first time. The experience is virtually unexplainable, but something I would highly recommend you try! I always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed. The owner put it best when she said “it feels like it washes the world off of you!” Give it a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed!

Was looking for something new and relaxing to rejuvenate my day/ week. Came across floating on tik tok and said why not. Didn’t know what to expect and was a bit nervous. So glad I decided to just do it. If you are practicing self care and want to have total relaxation and treat body aches and pains, try this place! Staff is so kind and made me feel at ease. I did NOT expect to have relief from back pain, muscle aches at all. The level of peace and ease of mind and getting back to yourself is another level. Do yourself a favor and try this!

I went here for my first float ever. The environment is very relaxing. Sally was great too. Helped explain everything to me and was very warm and welcoming. I can't wait to go back.

I got a massage and did one of the floats and it was the most relaxed I’ve ever been in my life. I will definitely be making this part of my self care routine. If you’ve been skeptical about trying a salt water float, just do it! Come to Therapods! The staff is so knowledgeable and great!
