Sadly, my Grandma recently passed. I was such a mess when I called to order flowers. I had a specific style of arrangement I wanted to send. Ms.Velva was so kind and helpful.❤

Ikebana means “as in nature”. For many years, my Grandma had an Ikebana floral arrangement picture book on her coffee table. Every time I visited my Grandma, we’d look at every page together.

The arrangement Tipton Hurst made was just what I wanted. The designer is obviously beyond knowledgeable and talented.

I asked for a clipping of the willow to be sent to me. They were happy to fulfill my special request.

Jessica at the North Little Rock location is an absolute gem!! I called to order some flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. I live out of state so I had a lot of questions, trying to find the perfect arrangement. (My mother has been fighting cancer this last year so this was very important to me). Jessica was amazing and not only answered all my questions, but was perfectly charming and sweet! Since I live out of state, she seemed to take extra care to make sure we had the right address for the flowers to be delivered. I was blown away with how much she genuinely cared and took the time. She's a real keeper! Because of her, I will definitely be ordering from here from now on for every occasion!

A beautiful flower arrangement of $100 was purchased on a Friday afternoon looked a little pitiful when received and 2 days later on Sunday they were pretty much wilted and dead even given fresh water! These were bought for a 25 year wedding anniversary!

After contacting the company they made things right and went above and beyond! Thank you for caring about your customers, it means so much!

Flowers were delivered in timely manner with beautiful arrangement. Colors were fantastic even with supply industry challenges. Flowers remained well and alive for more than a week, too. Proud to support a local business that delivers a great product each and every time!

I’m a proud member of the happy family! I have been mesmerized with Chris’s creations and am inspired to try a few at my house. Chris is so humble and charming-he works so well with Christina and their natural southern charm puts people at ease. Both of them are dedicated to customer service and it shows! I ordered something online and it was packed beautifully! Plus, they included a little handwritten note-so gracious-so thoughtful. The “hot mess express” shows us that they are not perfect, so we feel more included instead of being frustrated at our early attempts to achieve perfection. Hurry back, y’all!

Had an inspiration photo of exactly what I wanted for a corporate event last week. The arrangements were tropical and a bit off the norm. Kristen responded right away and then took the time to get pricing on her end for what we were looking for instead of shooting me a general quote. They turned out wonderfully. I even added two more centerpieces last minute and they were able to accommodate. Highly recommended.

I was in town for a family funeral. I walked in the North Little Rock location and I have bragged and bragged on the ladies there since! They were beyond helpful and took all the time I needed! I asked for silk flowers that would *look* real. People could NOT get over our arrangement; they were absolutely gorgeous! One family member refused to touch them in the beginning, as she thought they were fresh and she would damage them! No one could believe they were silk! Yall are a great customer service, knowledgeable employees, with all items in store 80% off. Can't get a better deal or bargain.

Went in sorta knowing what I wanted. But it was outside their norm. I told her my budget, what I liked and she said, I can do that. They had my arrangement ready, and it was gorgeous! It stayed beautiful for a week.

Love this place. Have been a customer for many years. They have beautiful decorative items for the home, miscellaneous gourmet gift items, candles, silk flowers, houseplants, etc. All this in addition to being a first-rate, full service florist

Received a beautiful silk flower arrangement today for the cemetery. They looked beautiful. Staff was very helpful and helped me pick the perfect item.

Wanted to have something delivered to the subway right next door literally they use the same parking area and they want to charge me 14.95 Smh insane..... Mr. Hurst seen my review and replied to my review and called me within a hour and was very nice and we got it all worked out!!! I appreciate all the cooperation i will use this business again!!
