Ms Stephanie and Ms Serenity helped us process everything correctly and swiftly. They made sure we had understood everything displayed in front of us. They also talked to me about possible job opportunities in the future. They made my day.

Best customer service ever. I walked in and on of the advisers was at the door greeted me. there was a long line so he helped me fill out the slips co i was prepared. The lady at the counter was awesome made me felt welcomed. And she crack some jokes to. today i went through drive thru, and they took care of me very fast. very fast customer service. I woul recommend them.

Best US Bank in Central Arkansas, Staff and service is always great at this location, never a problem here.

ATM works like all others...

Always a 30 minute wait in the car lines on McCain. Slow service. And they moved the ATM machine that used to have its own lane to the wall on the building where the first lane is. So now you have to wait for the people in the teller lane before you can get to the ATM. Why? Thanks for the canned response but my deposits can't be completed digitally. That is the whole reason I drive to a bank. And you shut down the two closest locations to where I live with a sign that says To serve me better, we closed. I am already annoyed that I have to drive to another town.

Worst banking experience I've ever had. Horrible customer service and they never do what they say they are going too. Bank manager of the McCain location said she would call my husband the next day with information about what was going on with my account. She never called then come to find out she's on vacation. If I could leave 0 stars for this bank I would. Been 3 weeks and still don't have the almost $2,600 I deposited almost 3 weeks ago.

Horrible customer service at this branch, The manager Marcus was rude and stupid been banking at US Bank 30 years and
Never ran across some1 that make up rules to fit his needs, Big mistake making him the manage there, horrible Customer service .

The Western Union is only for those who bank here. 30 minutes of waiting and 4 different employees talking to me they finally told me this. When I initially asked they didn't mention it's for members only but directed me to where to get the paper to fill out.

The bank is getting worst, the bank had only one teller working, they need to hire more employees.

Super poor and rude service. I have business right next to the us bank on mccain but just because of the management and employee, I m going to different location.

Misleading on information. Customers are not first priority!
