I haven't been to JCPENNEY in years and I'm glad I did go. Had to find a dress for me and my daughter for a family event. Everyone was helpful and made my shopping time short after describing what I had in mind. Great job with assistance!!

I must say what part is it not to like about JC Penney's. If I was to describe all of the departments and major detail I would say if you was to go to your favorite place back home like friends, family things like that I was saying the beauty Shop would be my favorite sister's room. I say that the jewelry Imperfections perfume store will be my mom's room. also was saying the furniture area would definitely be my dad's. Yeah, jc sweet penny. Love Yall ❤ 💕

I went to JCPenny last night to find something I saw online but I wanted to see the size in person, Sharlotte came to my rescue. She was very helpful and sweet as well, a true gem they have at this location. That combo is hard to find now days! I will be back soon because of her!

JC Penney's has got some awesome Christmas decorations out (@ 15% off the price tag!)!! And as always, it has some of the best gifts for all of the family members! Adorable pajamas, matchy- matches for kids to parents! Costume zip-front onesies for your big kid in Grinch, and other Characters!
For the home they have lovely hand towels for the kitchen--or bath. They have really spectacular sets of the popular flameless, pillar candles, that are operated by a remote control device. Some sets were red, so pretty!
They also have several sizes of pre-lighted, Birchwood branches that come in boxes, straight, ready for you to bend the branches to suit the placement of the arrangement. One hint: you will need to place them in a sturdy container and surround the Birch trunk base with sand, river rocks or green and red glass to make it topple proof! It'll be gorgeous though!
Penney's has LOTS of very pretty wreaths, some are more fancy than others. You can choose the price that suits you from $20-$30.00-- less the 15% discount!
They've also got some really cute ornaments of all kinds. These are good if you have a work or church party where you exchange ornaments.
Also on the first floor are lots of great kitchen appliances that you may need to gift yourself if you need something new to help prepare for the Christmas goodies and feasts!
On the 2nd floor is the part where I spend most of my time (& money😉💄) Yes, it's Sephora! Sephora has a lot of the AWESOME sets out now by every makeup line and Sephora itself puts out kits that allow you to try some try-it to full sized lipsticks, or mascaras.
One kit is just all Nude lip colors! It includes a full sized Huda matte lip color, and 6 smaller size Nude lipsticks from top makeup brands.
In the aisle outside of Sephora, you'll find several of the special items offered right now. Lots of Shimmer in Gold or Silver for the Holidays! Special sets by Philosophy, which always produces wonderful skincare products. The bath Cream can be used to shampoo your hair, as bubble bath or on a net loofah to scrub your skin! It's 3 products in 1 bottle! That also allows you to layer your scent throughout your bath, then soften your damp skin with the same fragrance in the body lotion and finally, topit off by spritzing the fragrance in a cologne on your pulse points before you go out the door to work!

Steve and I think it was TC were at the check out around the shoe and men's department. They were just as sweet as they could be. So nice, that I went back inside and bought a coat. The young lady (I didn't catch her name) working in the shoe department was a gem as well. Just because of those 3 I'd go back! Got some great deals ad well. Got this dress to wear to a Hallmark Christmas movie Red Carpet event and all 3 associates told me how wonderful I would look and asked me to come back with pics from the event ❤. Kindness and compliments go a long way in the world we live in nowadays and these associates are a breath of fresh air. Great job snagging these folks!

We purchased both boots for $50 I thought it was a very good deal considering the brown boots with $150 regular price and the gray boots for about $60 for regular price. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. If you're looking for some good deals I would go to JCPenney's at the McCain Mall.

I'm sorry I'll always love this store. They are finally getting good merchandise back in stocks and I easily spent $500 on cute clothes

I was looking for a new purse. I finally decided on one for $50.00. But when I got to register, it run up for $30 to my great surprise. I loved it. My purse is great. A surprise like that is always wonderful. 😁

Very neat and tidy, even after the Christmas clearance rush this morning. Very polite employees. A few good deals left.

We had a portrait sitting. The store signs didn't direct us, but a stocking staff was able to get us there. Our photographer was patient and did a great job. In fact, he gave us the current coupon deal instead of the one I had, which gave us an additinal 8X10 photo.

Went in looking for 2 pair of Arizona jeans for my husband found only, so we weren't able to purchase because it was a 2 for 50 sale. Ordered 2 pair online they came with one labeled t h e correct size but atleast 2 inches smaller around!
Update: We went back to exchange the pants and were helped out by a very kind and personable woman named Katherin

Went in to buy silverware sales were great was $280 got Oneida for $104 what a savings!! Also been looking for a suitcase the one I wanted of course was $200 but after discount I paid $75 bux I'm so happy!!

Always my first choice whenever i am thinking about new cloths. They have a really great prices and a whole large numbers of choices with so many different brands. So i am always choosing JC Penney than anything else. They have a real great customer service support with humble employees. I like the deals they offer on footwear also.
