Little Rock Marriott

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and I love it! The staff is amazing, so cheerful and polite. The valet attendants are so helpful and have a great sense of humor. The hotel is very upscale and the location is perfect. There is never a dull moment because there is always something going on at the hotel. The rooms are always clean and the house keeping staff never bother you unnecessarily and they keep the room clean. The hotel restaurant and bar is amazing. The drinks and food is always great. If your ever in Little Rock for a visit, stop by for a stay or a drink, you won't be disappointed.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was very clean, modern, functional and quiet to sleep in. The valet service for parking was very good.

The food at the heritage grille was very good from a taste standpoint but the food and coffee needed to be served warmer. Even the chocolate in the lava cake was not melted inside. That was the only area for improvement.

Offers great hospitality rooms for events . Shuttle service and valet were great. Professional and courtesy staff members . Provides a lot of amenities for guests coming into the area. The area was clean and inviting downstairs. Wish they offered a flat rate for the larger suites instead of pricing the room rates based on the month of the year. We've provided services numerous times for various events.

He made sure I would be comfortable and feel at home.
I called in advance before arrival to ask questions about the hotel and the town. He answered questions and helped me with room choice and restaurant choice.
He also makes you feel like family...very down to earth, professional and awesome customer service.

Samantha welcomed us as we came to the hotel and gave us an outstanding room with a view of the river and the capital. We enjoyed the free museum next door (the original state capital) and a walk along the waterfront where we discovered AMAZING sculptures that were literally an outdoor art gallery! Last, we enjoyed dinner in your incredible restaurant as well. Suffice it to say, we’ll be back!!

Excellent hotel, surpassed all my expectations. The restaurant was amazing, and staff everywhere were kind and welcoming. I am adding this location to my list of great hotels. Can't wait to come back!

Great location in the middle of downtown Little Rock next to the Convention center and provide an amazing experience for all customers from the time you check in until you check out. Not only do they have a great steak restaurant on the property, but a Starbucks and an excellent M lounge. In addition, they have an underground tunnel to the convention center in the event of in climate weather. Finally, they are surrounded by great eateries to include Hurt's Donuts and the ability to walk to a baseball game at the AAA stadium across the bridge.

Stayed here for a graduation from UA Little Rock. Location was extremely convenient. The hotel is nice; par for the course for a Marriott. The bed was super comfortable. There were only two negatives about the stay: the valet was very slow, and the room A/C was loud.

Wow! Thank you Marriott staff! You hospitality was wonderful! I stayed here for the marathon this weekend, so glad I paid a little extra to stay onsite.

Check in was smooth, staff friendly! Valet guys were helpful. Valet is the only option, it is $30 a day!

We stayed in 1207. Nice view of the river. It was a quiet, peaceful night sleeping! I brought my own pillows, the bed felt premium!.

There is no microwave, but a very small fridge & coffee maker.

Small tub, full bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

There is some wear & tear, but that did not affect my stay. I wanted a comfortable bed & quiet night sleep!

The restaurant was reasonably priced with large portions of food! Hubby & I had the turkey club,..we could have shared 1 sandwich..,we both took half back to our room! Must order the carrot cake, so good!

We could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go! Little Rock 9, Central HS, Arkansas Capitol, Clinton Library, and of course the “Little Rock”.

Check out was easy, valet was about 20 minutes, but they were swamped with departures from all the runners. They were still very kind & in good spirits!

We will be back next year! Thank you Little Rock!

I've been a guest at the Little Rock Marriot for over 3 weeks. The service provided has been excellent and especially the vallet service. My work schedule starts really early in the morning, meaning I needed my vehicle ready by 4:30am everyday. The team has been on point and friendly every time around and have made my commute from the hotel to work and back very easy. A special shout out to the team I was able to meet along the way and among others: Rodriquez, Antonio, Joshua, Boyce, Chris - good job guys! Keep it up.

We traveled to Little Rock for the Marathon. The Marriott was a perfect choice for our accommodations. It was in a great location and so convenient for the race. All we had to do was walk out the back door to reach the start line. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

We had dinner at the Heritage Grille and breakfast at the M club. Both were excellent. Room was great and the valet service was very quick. Easy in and out. No suggestions for improvement.

Stayed on the 16th floor had a nice view of city. Short walk to the river market place and restaurants. Had an iron issue and within 5-10 minutes had a new iron brought to room.

Great location. Very nice and friendly staff and hotel. We just had an overnight but definitely a place we will be staying again. The area of Little Rock is fantastic. We spent a couple hours just walking the river. Such great ideas and updates to the area. So much creativity. So many things to entertain kids. And some of the coolest parks ive seen. I wish we would have had more time. Great place!

The valet staff at Little Marriott is amazing! They were so helpful to me during me stay. Rodriquez, Boyce, Joseph, Austin, Casshawn, Kiara and Chris were so accommodating. I highly recommend using them next time you are in town! Good service like this is hard to find! :)

The entire staff and stay were 10/10!

Rodriquez, was our valet and he was AMAZING!! Close to the end of the weekend, he treated us like family and made sure our car was here when we were ready to leave! Amazing weekend! For sure stay at the Marriott in Little Rock when you stay! No complaints!

Very nice hotel. The layout for the conference center is a bit confusing but once you get the hang of it it's fine. The location is great, lots of places within walking distance. The rooms were very nice and spacious. I enjoyed that they had a small seating bench next to the bed as a place to hang out and relax. I would have liked a dresser but the closet layout worked out fine.

One of the best experiences we have had at a hotel & we stay in them for a living. We stay in hotels 250-300 days a year, all over. These days, we are more often staying in Marriott brand hotels. But, even for Marriott, the norm is average & the service & amenities are sub-average for a semi-luxury brand. But this place exceeded that. One, the gentleman valet (we never do that) was polite & professional, a delight. Two, front desk hosts far beyond kind, professional & delightful. I wish I could remember their names, but I can not thank them enough for their positive and welcoming attitudes & professionalism. It was as if they actually went to school for hospitality & enjoyed their jobs, enjoyed hosting guests. The bar/restaurant was actually open & serving until 11pm, which is never the case when we arrive at hotels. We are always booking hotels with restaurants & bars & when we arrive, they are never actually open..This one was & had great food (though, very overpriced). The rooms were great. The TV worked, wifi worked, a/c worked, shower worked, hot water, clean. All of the things. Only weird thing was that I could stick my entire hand under the door to the room. That's pretty weird. But, overall, great stay. Marriott should bring 100% of their employees down to Little Rock to train with the staff of this hotel. The GM has done a great job here.

Your location is one of my favorite stays. Your staff are extremely nice. Especially Valencia in the lounge and Brandi in the restaurant.
