Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock North

A special person gave me the gift of a relaxing night in the midst of a terrible time. When I arrived I was not the happiest person in the world but Louis, Pete, & Ronnie went out of their way to help me with anything and everything. The kindness and amazing customer service they displayed was above and beyond.
The hotel itself was gorgeous and clean. My room was perfect and I felt comfortable and peaceful and it meant a lot to me. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you to this staff for everything they did. Would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and cleanliness and just to feel at home.

This place was nice and mostly clean. I did have to clean the windows because they were coated in hand/head/face prints. Otherwise it was very quiet, comfortable, and clean. The location is a bit rough and the traffic is confusing.
There was one big problem, which, I have to lower a star rating because of... It says they have a heated pool. They do. But the heater was turned off, and the air conditioner was blowing cold air. The room and water were in the lower 60s. I asked everyday and even called the corporate number, and no one ever did a single thing about it. The gym also had the AC turned on, in the winter, to 67⁰. I was able to wrestle the box off and adjust that one. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the heated pool. Everything else was pretty nice, but I feel like they should have been able to address my concern within the week that I stayed there. Oh.. the regular internet cannot reliably stream one movie. I would ask about upgrading to the high speed.

Would have given 5 stars for service, but the gentleman working early this morning was rude. Everyone else we encountered were nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean. TV channels left a lot to be desired. Close to shopping and so much food.

The amenities are spotless. Our room is bigger than Fairfield ones. The fitness room is really clean. All the equipments are placed tidily. Free breakfast. Friendly staff.

Highlights:
Excellent part of town. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. My wife and I enjoyed pickleball and the pretty surroundings of Henson Park.
Well-lit parking lot.
The bathroom had a fan (activated when lights turned out), so it wasn't gross and moldy in there. I can't tell you how many hotel bathrooms lack a fan!
I can tell the owners aren't just bleeding this place dry. In the short two days we were there we saw professional landscapers upgrading the flower gardens.

The only cons (and very small - I left a 5 star review):
1) The shower faucet was counter-intuitive to me. I thought I had it on 'hottest' and it was actually on 'coldest.'
2) Getting into the parking lot is kinda confusing with all the other parking lots surrounding the property. If I were you, I'd just tell Google Maps you're going to the Whole Hog Cafe (adjacent to service road) and the Whole Hog Cafe parking lot is connected to the Courtyard's parking lot.

I had a problem upon check in, but management heard what I had to say and took responsibility. It’s a rare thing these days in hospitality when someone takes responsibility for a situation and then is gracious and gentlemanly about doing so. Adam Price didn’t have to do that. Customer satisfaction is the easiest way to diffuse a situation and I left satisfied. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I slept so well, I actually slept in (very rare for this guy). My interactions with evening staff at the desk were simple, pleasant and generally what you’d want to experience with the Courtyard by Marriott brand. Hint to last minute travelers; book early in the day. This hotel does get pretty full on a random Monday in June. To Adam, thank you for your hospitality. Best Regards

The room was amazingly comfortable and quiet. I was on the first floor close to the pool and gym. Never heard any noise. The bed was comfortably soft, yet firm. Not that "plywood with a sheet" type bed. Very comfortable. Clean and well furnished. TV has free streaming. Evening desk clerk was super. Fast check in. Morning gal was nice, but they didn't have any cash to break a $20 so I could tip the housekeeping, hence 4 stars. Sorry, housekeeping.
The location was great. In a newly developing area. Safe, no thugs or druggies. Very ez on and off the freeway. North of Little Rock.
If you need a really nice place on your way south, this is a gem.

Enjoyed our stay. All staff were friendly. Only downside is the cafe was extremely expensive. Room had a slight smell that we didn’t like, but once the air conditioner ran for a bit it went away, I think it was just very humid.

The person working the counter during the evening was fantastic and helpful
If you come to stay for a stay-cation it's really well situated
You have McCain Mall close by along with some popular eating locations
Walmart is not to far away either if you're more of a target shopper it's also close by. Over all it was great

Stayed in room 317. Comfy beds. I have a 6k bed at home. This place's beds are better than mine! Also, the service is awesome! Im from canada, and even I was impressed by the polite courteous nature of the staff. Ben especially went beyond all expectations to make my stay enjoyable. I saw him treat many others the exact same as he treated me.

I checked in late due to driving across country I was beyond exhausted after a 13 hour drive..the gentleman he said his name was John but Natasha the manger stated his name was Louis checked me in super quick..I Had a problem with TV and management took care of it right away with no hesitation..the room was clean and staff professional

One of the nicest courtyard's I've stayed in (been in A LOT) & very well run staff wise. Clean, modern, convenient, comfortable, on and on. Location is great with quick variety local food options, but also has food in house options until 9pm! and for traveling with pets, plenty of nice grass space for the pups that isn't overrun with people not picking up after their pets. A+++

Stayed one nite on a road trip. Nice hotel and it is pet friendly! Room was clean and enjoyed the Starbucks coffee from the bistro in the morning. Parking lot well lit and there is a steak restaurant basically in the parking lot within walking distance. The hotel market had beer, wine and snacks which was nice to take back to the room.

It was really clean and nice. I was pleasantly surprised because I've stayed at a few courtyards recently during COVID and they were not up to standard. This one exceeded my standards. The lobby smelled really good. My room was on point. I just wish they offered some sort of breakfast.

Location isn't nice to look at but everything else was great will stay again if it's on my way

I did not stay here, but I was getting a bite to eat at whole hog right next door. My car wouldn’t start and my phone died. The young lady at the front desk Mia, was so kind she let me use the hotel phone and let me borrow a iPhone charger to charge my phone. Thank you Mia!

I was there for an evening event, so I didn't get to stay in a room. The hotel felt warm and inviting. The staff greeted me every chance they could get, and were instantly available when I needed them. The hotel served fried fish for the event I attended, and it was phenomenal. Although I live in town, If certainly stay at this hotel in the future!
