This hotel was really good. Probably best stay in a long time traveling cross country. I Usually use luxury brands which seem to have skimped on quality and breakfast.

Oh and for those needing a firm sleep after being on the road and not a sink in mattress this is the best bedding. It is firm but cozy. The pillows help elevate the head in a very comfortable position. The mattress is great for side sleepers as well as stomach sleeping . Rooms are clean, water pressure in shower is good but a little dated. The rooms also have plenty of light. Elevator is quick and efficient. Breakfast serves both hot and cold items. Around 9am people were looking for breakfast but nothing was refilled. What we did have prior to them not refilling was excellent for a hotel.

Second time here. Super convenient to CARTI and other hospitals. Walking distance to eateries. Parking lot is very well lit. The hotel is very clean and smells clean. The front desk is extremely helpful and professional. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Room is quiet. Breakfast has many options and I watched the attendant restock during breakfast. I’m extremely impressed with this location.

Had to get a place to stay the night whe my mom was in St. Vincent's North. Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. No issues for us whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the first time in a long time where I've stayed in lodging where I actually felt less of a customer and more like an actual guest. This is large in part due to the professionalism and kindness and care shown by Robyn at the front desk. She happened to be present at the time of us checking in and the person checking us in but offered compassion with genuine hospitality and spoke up on hearing me ask the other person about the details of the breakfast. She quickly chimed in providing encouragement and reassurance of the quality of what we could expect for that next morning. She provided reassurance to my question about late check in, as well. When the other person looked to sign on the wall displaying check in and check out times to support her response. Ms Robyn offered compassion again when the other person said that the best she could do was 12 pm and that I would have to talk to the staff on at that time. I had explained we have one guest with us in one of the three rooms we rented, who was not going to be well enough to attend the service so we would be needing to return to get them after. And in addition to the stormy weather expected, I wasn't sure how far away the locations were or how long it would take to get back to the hotel. Ms.Robyn politely acknowledged that advisement and said that would be alright and she would be there. The next day as I had anticipated there were unforseen changes with the service, and locations not found by GPS with the added heavy rain downpour with so much construction redirections it caused there to be a delay in our return. I made multiple calls back to the hotel and so grateful Ms Robyn was on the one to answer each time. I called anxious and concerned that there was any issue with our delay and our family member there would be put into an awful situation of being asked to leave with no way and no where to go. She never sounded rude or annoyed, but instead as a true blessing in our time of need was quite the opposite. She with such a sympathetic tone reassured me that they understand and didn't want me to add any more stress on myself and issued her condolences in our time of grief She mentioned repeatedly that it would be ok and not to worry. And quite honestly that was so comforting it brought more tears to my eyes. But, not as those before of sadness, but from immense gratitude. If Ms Robyn is not in a leadership role she most definitely should be! She exemplifies the standard of excellence that should be mirrored by others in guest services. She brings her genuine concern and care for guests to Comfort Inn that I will seek, appreciate, and recommend to others. Thanks are in order to your entire staff. The room was impressively clean and neat. The other staff members were also notably gracious including housekeeping and dining. Very pleased with our stay! And as mentioned I most grateful to have had the pleasure of getting superior guest assistance from MS. ROBYN! She made the experience that much better. Comfort Inn can be reassured of our return and positive referrals.

On our trip from Micigan to Houston Texas and back again, this was the best hotel we stayed in. Clean and well maintained facility, extremely good service, nice breakfast spread, and comfortable beds. Thank you for standing out by providing an excellent place to stay! The only slightly negative thing is that accessing the hotel parking lot was a little confusing, but not bad once you figured it out.

Comfortable room, high quality linens on the bed, several hot items on the free breakfast bar. We will come again.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and inviting. Quiet at night. Only complaint is their parking situation. Lot is small for the number of rooms they have. During my stay a full semi truck and trailer was parked at the entrance making things interesting.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and greet you. Breakfast is plenty enough, and if you get there right at 6am, you have claim to wherever you like to sit and the food is hot and ready. We paid half as much for this hotel as others, and we're pleased with how it turned out. The pictures of the suites are accurate, and we have no complaints. Will stay here again on the next trip.

Def not a nice as it used to be. Stayed here before and the service was always great. Room.while spacious can tell some vacuuming was missed because I found a pill on my floor .

My stay was AMAZING!!! When we got there payment was fast as you can say 1,2,3!! The room was clean and sanitized. But I had one issue, the guy at the front desk was helpful but when we asked if we could get some fresh towels he said "We can't give them to you up here but we would have to get housekeeping to bring them." Overall, me and my family had a great stay. BTW! The pool was awesome!!

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last few months. Staff is always pleasant, rooms are clean & quiet, and the breakfast is excellent. Great value for the money and very central location to everything in the area.

I stayed there 12/17/22-12/18/22. The stay was good. I cannot say enough about how helpful Robyn was that works at the front desk. She was a life saver. I hope she has a wonderful Christmas and if corporate see's this you should give that woman a raise. Thank you Robyn we will stay here in the future

I booked this room for Thanksgiving night 2021 while visiting the area and I would definitely stay here again. Let me start by saying I'm a HUGE fan of great customer service and the employees here provided just that!! The ladies that were at the front desk were professional and very welcoming. They are the primary reason for the 5 star rating. The hotel itself was probably about a four star. The hallway carpet was clean, but the elevators could have used a sanitizing. The room (421) was a nice size, appeared clean, and the bed was comfortable. Also, it was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and blow dryer. However, upon entry it smelled like fresh aftershave. As if someone had just checked out. Housekeeping could've sprayed a bit of Lysol or febreeze, but I had my own so that wasn't a big deal. Other than that, I experienced absolutely no problems at this hotel and would choose it again when visiting the area.

My family and I stopped here halfway to Texas. The hotel is very nice, our rooms were cleaned, a lot of space, the bathroom was nice, and the breakfast was very good. Also, the staff here are very nice and welcoming!

My husband & I were there for 1 night, our stay was great! This hotel is clean & breakfast was amazing. We got there early & our room wasn’t ready, we are seniors & were very tired so they gave us a suite. The staff, Sam & Robin, were wonderful, so personable. I would definitely stay there again.
