The employees are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on. The building is kept clean and the property is clean cut.

Waited 8 minutes the first lady that answered the call button was short with service. The second lady was very nice and helpful. I hope it was just a busy day for them

This bank is the slowest bank I have ever been to. The customer service is decent at best, but having to wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru line behind 1 person is inexcusable. I wish I used a different bank entirely some times.

Not a fan of Simmons bank. They say no fees, but they take their fees from my account every month.

At the stagecoach branch, the Hispanic girl who attended the lobby never have time to attend me or my wife, she always said that she is busy.
Definitely I going to move to another bank

During pandemic the lobby was locked, after arriving at 11:48, I waited in the drive thru for over 30 mnts only to be told the bank was closed, I responded by staring that I'd arrived well B4 the closing time of 12:00 displayed on the front door & I've been waiting for over 30 mnts. The SB tellers threatened to call the police if I didn't leaxe immediately. There has been numerous times SB tellers have demonstrated complete disregard for the monetary needs of bank customers. I've witnessed male & female SB employees engage in unacceptable behavior in various customers scenarios. I've never seen anything like it in the banking industry. If the SB employees don't want to offer customer service, than they should get another job. There's numerous of rude non-apologetic lazy bank tellers that's employed by Simmons Bank. Unfortunately for me, I work with some good people who uses SB, thus, the only reason I'll ever go to SB is to cash a check & leave. If you want rude inconsiderate bank tellers that will lie, look no further my fellow citizen, SB can be that bank for you. 🙂😐🙁☹😬😠😡🤬

Always out of change. Don’t even let you know. Doesn’t even exchange pleasantries. Denied me service because they closed at 12 and I let the car in front of me go first and she said I wasn’t in the line! Wouldn’t do a simple 2 minute change order for the business next door! Ridiculous. I feel like a nuance to them more than anything.

Told me they didn't have but 2k dollars in cash at this branch. Other bad experiences too. Trash branch. Disgrace to call themselves a bank.
