La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham N Little Rock-McCain Mall

It was a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and furnished. The breakfast was good, not many options like I expected there to be.

In a day and age where technology is replacing real people, it’s nice to still see friendly faces. The entire staff was friendly and courteous but DEE STOOD OUT AMONGST THEM ALL… she made my super delays seem like they were nothing and I’m extremely appreciative of her. With freezing weather and many places the little market area was a very nice convenience. Will stay again.

Cleanest hotel room I've ever had! Conveniently located by my job when I got snowed in town. Computer in the lobby didn't have internet. Probably just because of the storm. No spare toothbrushes

Great place to stay for a night or two. Clean rooms and great service. Special shout out to the kitchen lady! She made sure we had more than enough pancakes

It's nothing fancy, but it is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We have used this hotel several times before, and we will certainly be back.

They’re remodeling the hotel! But I have no clue where the bad reviews are coming from! I missed breakfast my stay, so can’t rate that! But this hotel is in a nice location, the lady at the front desk so dang cool lol, she made me feel comfortable! The rooms in the inside are nice, again they’re remodeling, other than that I would definitely stay here again!!!

This was such a nice hotel. Comfortable bed, quiet, walking distance to restaurants. I especially want to give a shout out to the staff. We needed to stay an extra night, and the manager made sure that we were able to have the same room. He also give us an upgrade to a suite. We were traveling cross country, so we appreciated the kind hospitality.

Our experience was not good to say the lease, we arrived and i stood at the counter lobby for 10 mins before the male worker in the lobby even addressed me, when i looked around trying to find someone he yelled at me for looking around, my daughter also has an ESA dog and we called and they said they accepted that and were free, when we arrived we were told that it was not a real disability and he charged us, got a attitude when we took a second to grab the card and license to show it, i guess we took to long idk. The room smelt as soon as we walked in and the air didn’t work great.

A little hard to get to due to confusing roads, etc. They are doing a remodel, but we had no issues. Our room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was okay, but there wasn't much of a choice for bread options. Also some water would be nice to offer.

New owners giving an older hotel a make over. Very friendly and helpful to their guests. Allowed us to check in early due to driving in from out of state for a funeral. Made it nice to relax and freshen up beforehand. Very accommodating and rooms were super clean! Keep up the great work! Will stay here again.

Dee and her front desk crew are so amazing! We're from Texas on an emergency trip to Baptist as my father in law is in CCU and very critical. They were very understanding and accommodating. Room was super clean and housekeeping was just as amazing! No doubt we will be back! Thank you Dee! (And crew)

Very clean from the outside to the inside. We had no problems with bringing in our kitties. Despite the fact that this hotel is very animal friendly, the halls and rooms smelled very fresh and clean! The staff is wonderful, helpful and kind. The beds are also comfortable. I was really impressed.

My husband and I and our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I love the little special touches like the handwritten note from the staff welcoming us to the hotel, they even gave us dog treats and a potty bag for our four-legged family. This sure made me smile. The staff was amazing the rooms were clean and I highly recommend those of you looking for a decent place to stay at a fair price to consider staying at this La Quinta. We will definitely be back when we are back in town for another visit.

No hesitation in recommending this location....NONE!! The entire bldg, the outside property as well as our room were immaculately clean. Honestly, we were shocked! We've stayed in 5-star establishments that weren't this clean! Room nicely furnished, beds/pillows very comfy & the nicest towels/washcloths we've ever come across! Pet friendly at no addtl charge, adequate grassy areas for our large breed dog. Nice offering for breakfast, however no hot items due to having a prep area only, still had nice selection. This was our first experience at a LaQuinta. If they were all like this location, I don't think they'd be a budget establishment for long.

This Laquinta was very clean and our suite was spacious, comfortable and quite. It felt almost as if we were in a smaller apartment. Parking lot is fairly small but we didn't have an issue finding a place to park. They allow dogs here but we did not know they were there until we saw everyone leaving the next day with them. The lady at the front was very polite and helpful. The breakfast area is smaller but decent selection. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great nights stay!

Superb! I stay here with my family and pets. The room was modern and clean. No smell of other people pets! The bed was very comfy. We left Florida under the threat of Hurricane Irma and they went above and beyond to make us feel safe and at home. When they find out it was my daughters 9th Birthday they surprise my girl with balloons and presents and bake a cake for her! Amazing Hospitality rendered by General Manager Marjorie Thompson, Carlie, Leann, Sonia & Staff. I will be forever grateful for your kindness during this time. Thank you very much!

Not a single complaint. LaQuinta is our new favorite hotel. We travel with dogs and lots of locations are pet friendly including this one. We stayed at several on this trip and all were good but this one was great! Very accommodating. In fact I called a few days later to see if someone would take a photo of a plant outside and text it to me..well, Sonya was awesome and in minutes I had my photo. Amazing service! And by the way, our room was pretty nice too and at a very fair price. We found the place clean and a decent breakfast bar in the morning. Wonderful customer service! Rina was great! She was so friendly and had great customer service. Comfy beds, hot water and good water pressure, clean breakfast eggs and sausage no waffles. Good location
