Gravity Coalition Bike Ski Snowboard Run and Skateboard Shop

Bought a bike, Santa Cruz 5010. It has been my favorite bike so far! This shop has a solid selection from brands I love. Bike, snow, skate and run. Those who helped me had technical knowledge and were able to answer my questions. Fun place to browse; amazing how they can fit soo much into that little store.

The staff at Gravity are awesome. They were responsive with my questions, patient when I had some issues with getting my invoice paid. Great price on a mountain bike and had shipped to home in TX. They packaged the bike well, no issues with delivery or unboxing. Thank you Gravity Coalition. I will stop by the next time I make it to Utah.

We are retired now and I love my Cannondale e-bike. I had to stop riding with my husband because I couldn’t keep up. With my new bike I can ride anywhere we want to go and if I get a little behind I just push the button until I catch up. It has been so fun! The Gravity shop is a happy,friendly place and always willing to help with tunes and adjustments.

I had such a positive experience at Gravity now for the past three years, I just had to stop for a minute to shine a light on their wonderful customer service! Can’t say enough about the service! Ordered a bike online to the east coast and it got to me wicked fast. There were some issues with payment receipt and they handled it like pros and didn’t let it slow down getting the bike out. Can’t go wrong with service like that.

Gravity Coalition is the best local outdoor shop. We have bought Santa Cruz Mountain Bikes, Arbor Snowboards, Solomon board and bindings, helmets, and a lot of other miscellaneous outdoor gear. The service is awesome! Jennie and her team are very knowledgeable about the products and incredibly helpful. Kody and Jennie are very capable and run a great shop. After we came up empty handed after hours of researching on our own, Cody helped us find the part number we needed for an old lefty Cannondale. The part was out of stock all across the internet, however, knowing the part number enabled us to finally find an alternative part recommended elsewhere on the Internet. I contacted GC to get some information about a fat tire mountain bike (Salsa Beargrease). Both Jennie and Kody were super helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and communicative. After interacting I felt totally comfortable ordering. The bike arrived at my house fast, and the team had pre-assembled most of it so it went together super quick and easy. Definitely had not planned on it, but my wife liked mine so much that we placed another order and ended up buying two Salsas. We're going to be eating rice and beans for a long time now, but our whole experience with the Gravity Coalition crew was awesome, and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I bought a capita DOA online below MSRP and they carried the exact size I was looking for. Delivery was quick only took 2 days! They ran a discount after I purchased the board, and were glad to price match.

Purchased a Cannondale mountain bike and could not be happier. Received the bike in a shorter time than promised. All questions that I had on the bike were answered promptly and the staff was on it. I'm out of state and was concerned about not purchasing local (local did not have the right size), but concerns were alleviated once I spoke with the company. Thank you!

Gravity Coalition sold me a 2020 Surly Karate Monkey in Hi-Viz Black late last year. It was a pleasant & painless shopping experience and I received a wonderful bicycle! (at a fantastic price on top of that)

The customer service representative made sure to ask about my head tube/spacers preference when I called up, and she answered all of my other questions thoroughly. From my impressions, I'd bargain that every customer of Gravity Coalition can expect the same level of service and engagement that I received.
