First new car purchase I’ve ever made, and I have to say it was a lot easier than expected. They worked to my needs and even with my bad credit they did not stop until I was in a vehicle. I have been to several dealerships, and I just wanted them to hear me out and all they wanted to do was put me in a car. These people actually listen to me and thought of me as a person and not another Cell especially my salesman.”Wafai Mahairi” when I first walked in the dealership I was a nervous wreck and I told the secretary thinking maybe that was the only person in the building that was not a shark that I was there for a new car and I needed someone who was not just trying to sell a car, but that was going to help me and listen to my needs and requirements and she suggested him and I’m so glad she did. She said he is one of the best salesman they have, and I totally agree. Honestly, if it wasn’t for him, I may not have even got the car from them well him and his supervisor they both took their time with me and assured me that I was not getting hassled into buying a just a car. I was getting one with the 10 year warranty with Notes that I could afford gap insurance in case I have an accident I don’t have to pay nothing out-of-pocket right now they have a brand new car sales floor a must see is called a.Z400 and I can tell this car has a really good motor on it. I want it it’s a baby hellcat or maybe even better I don’t know but I’m already ready to trade in. Gonna wait a couple more months though but I’m definitely gonna hit the streets with this one this summer bottom line I love you son thank you so much for working with me. Thank you for much for not treating me as another sale and treat me as a human being once again thank you to the best sales”Wafai Mahairi” so if you’re going to Nissan ask for Wafai, I guarantee you will won’t have to deal with any fast talk or so I’m shady salesman just trying to get another sale under his belt. You will have a true human being that actually cares.

I purchased a very nice truck from Jerri and Richard. They have all the amenities you can ask for. As I was waiting for my contract , I was asked several times by several people if I needed anything. It's a very pleasant atmosphere there. And everyone seems to like working there. I'm going back to McLarty for my service.

McLarty Nissan "Hits it out of the Park... AGAIN!! My wife searched around for a RoofTop Cargo Carrier for "HER" 2022 Nissan Pathfinder, and after a few weeks of searching online, she was very adamant to return to McLarty for assistance. We contacted Steven Randolph (AGAIN...because he is THE BEST eCommerce Manager when purchasing a new vehicle, and/or accessories. Steven assisted us in the options available at McLarty, and escorted us to Tim Hill in the Parts Department. Tim professionally acted on our request, and minutes later Tim recommended the "Yakima SkyBox 16", which was reasonably priced and delivered the next day. My wife was ecstatic, and Tim also, as he wanted to see the Yakima SkyBox himself. Returning to McLarty Nissan, our delivery was ready and waiting. Assistant Josh unboxed the SkyBox, inspecting the entire item, and making sure we were satisfied with the purchase. My wife suggested that "We" mount it on the Roof Rack before departing McLarty Nissan, because Josh is 6' 4" tall, and she is 5' 2 and 1/4" tall (I didn't argue with her on this idea!) Josh assisted me with placing the SkyBox on the Roof Racks, and suggested that my wife do a "visual" for alignment of the SkyBox (the most critical aspect of the installation!) which she confidently surpassed the standard! Upon completion, we expressed our "Thank You's" to the McLarty Team for their professional and unwavering Customer Service! My wife and I had "THE BEST" experience at McLarty Nissan. Period.

Had a great experience. Came in when my Mazda’s trim came loose. Expected to pay $200 for a new part/labor. They were able to fix my existing part at no cost. No labor charge. They also went ahead and did a tire rotation and oil change for me. And cleaned up the inside and out. Wonderful!

If you are looking for quick, friendly, and reliable service then this is the place! It did take a while for them to get the specific parts necessary for the repair and improvement on my large truck, but as soon as they got them they were on it! From the very beginning, they listened to my specific concerns. The service manager talked me through the issue, and let me know the true problems that had been confused previously. Once we determined that we were able to come up with a great solution. I trust them with all my vehicle maintenance now and forever!

Mazda was extremely fair. No price gouging mark ups. Was worth it. Sales manager remembered me and came to greet us. Salesman was not pushy and respectful. Service is great and the cars are very reliable.

Had a recall on my airbag and took here to be fixed. I just happen to have a doctor's appointment at the same time. They took me to my appt and picked me up. Everyone was s nice even tho they were VERY busy. They have free snacks and drinks while you wait and chairs that will make you fall asleep in while watching tv. 😆 EVERYONE was super nice

If you want everything fixed the right way, ask for Thomas. Absolute best!
