This is one of the most knowledgeable and courteous repair shops we have been to in Arkansas. We had a problem with our radio that Mercedes of Little Rock said they could not fix. Tom and Adam went out of their way to find a fix for our radio. We are so glad we found Benton European to service our vehicle. They give excellent service and are very trustworthy and fair.

Benton European is the place to go. I'll never go back to the Mercedes dealership. The dealership wasn't able to fix my car on two occasions. But Benton European knew exactly how to resolve my car issues both times.

Had my VW car noise diagnosed by a VW Dealer and Benton European. Both diagnosed the same problem but the cost for repair was significantly less at Benton European. So glad we found this smaller repair shop. They are NOW my repair shop of choice!!!

I felt confident leaving my car with them and they took care of it and got it back to me quickly. AMAZING experience! My BMW messed up while I was driving down the road and I looked over and seen Benton Benz so I pulled in. The owner came right out trying to help to see if it was a quick fix. Unfortunately, it was not as the issue was pretty big. However, they were professional and were very honest and up front about the repair without being pushy. They were able to fix my issue for a fraction of the price the dealership told me it would cost and as soon as the part came in, they had me up and running in less than a day! By far the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop and I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Have an appointment next week for routine service on Jag F type S.
Routine service was preformed as well as many components such as brake pads, tires, fluids,battery ect. There was a problem discovered with the rear suspension,....pictures were made and forward with full explanation. When I went to pickup the car and estimate was given and I decided to have the repair done. When repair was completed a couple weeks later, I was shown the old parts and could have taken them with me me. Honesty and integrity......my Jag has a new Doctor.
