These guys are honest and made necessary repairs as promised (took a couple weeks) and they even diagnosed our brakes as being in need of repair (something Everett Ford didn't do). Even with the brakes repair, it was still less than half of what Everett Ford expected. Great customer service!

They were very honest and very transparent with my repairs. My vehicle drives so much better! If you have a Yukon, get ready for a new transmission.

These guys are great, honest people to do business with. What I thought was going to be a major overhaul or transmission replacement, which could have cost thousands, turned out to be a relatively minor part which they were able to replace at a fraction of the cost I was expecting.

Had work done on my Mom's vehicle. We were referred there by another shop and was very pleased with the service. We were quoted $1,250 but it ended up only costing $811 in the end. Gary was very nice and kept me informed. It took a little longer than expected for repairs but that was due to an ice storm that they had no control over. Highly recommend.

Had my 2015 Chevrolet suburban up and running in a day and half! Had to have my transmission rebuilt. Runs and drives as smooth if not smoother than it did from factory! Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Also, they have great warranty. Better than anyone else out there and the best price!

This owner of the shop is amazing people's, My daughter and I were traveling from Texas to New Jersey and are car was not wanting to the trip with us, still days to go before we arrived home, no one way rental cars available, just issue after issue, when we came to his shop he was a wonderful human and I will always remember what he did for us to help us out to get back on the road. The transmission was bad and it wasn't worth saving so we were able to leave the car there. I will be forever grateful to him.

Very nice and professional staff.Customer Service rep Rachel was very professional and returned phone calls as she said she would. A Transmission was put in my son's mustang and the stated that it runs like new. Mr. Gary was outstanding. I would recommend to anyone.

They rebuilt my transmission, I got a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty and they came highly recommend to me. It took longer than I thought it would, but I'd rather have it done right than rushed and it happens again. They asked me to bring it back in two weeks when it wasn't raining and let them check to be sure all is tight & no leaks.. Friendly, seems like they did a great job. I go back I hope next week to see.

I highly recommend this auto shop. I actually just googled transmission shops in the area and this one came up within the top 5. I gave them a call and my vehicle was there before the day was up.
The shop kept in contact with my insurance company and got them everything that they requested.
All the work was done in a timely manner. Everyone was/is always courteous and professional. I haven't had an issue with my car since I got it back 4 weeks ago. They replaced my transmission as well as the control panel inside the car that operates my AC.
I'd most definitely utilize their services again.

Driving across country, I broke down near this shop. Even though they were completely booked for the day, they still went the extra mile to check out the car and fix it in the same day so I could get back on the road. Honest with prices, reliable work seeing as I got back home same, cute office dog and very friendly people. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Our Buick Enclave broke down on the side of the road while we were traveling out of town on vacation. The SUV was towed to this shop to be fixed. We rented a car and left to finish out the vacation. We picked up our SUV when our vacation was over and went home to Illinois. The transmission went out again. This shop paid over $600 and had it towed back to Arkansas and fixed the issue. The part was faulty. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! This shops customer service and quality of work speaks highly in they way they treat their customers and the work they do on your car. . If you are having any issues with your car or SUV give this shop a call. You WILL NOT regret it.

Had an issue with my transmission. They got me in right away. Took care of the problem and were reasonable. Everyone there made a stressful situation much, much better. Recommended.

We were thoroughly prepared for catastrophic/expensive transmission work and it turned out to be a bad wire. These honest folks found it and fixed it fast. I don't review things ever, but thought I should take a minute to call out the honest treatment we received at Mid-State. Highly recommend.

When you have this kind of problem, this is where you want to go. Sometimes things go wrong with very complex things like a transmission. Gary knows what he is doing! Sometimes things aren't perfect. When they aren't, he works to make it that way. You will be treated fair. Probably better than fair as in excellent. This business is good people! Highly recommend!
