Great experience, great customer service, great communication. They got my car in and out for an oil change and tire rotation, sent me a video update of their inspection and what they found. Also received a link to real time status of my vehicle. Much better experience than I’ve had With other Volkswagen shops in the area. 10 out of 10 recommend

Again 10 out of 10!! We LOVE this place, they were able to get everything we needed covered by warranty. Best customer service around, fixed everything that another shop screwed up, and answered questions that nobody else has been able to answer for us. Jon in the service department is AMAZING and knowledgeable. Great communication and experiences all around!

McLarty VW was a life saver! I am from NY and was in Little Rock for work. In an impatient rush I absentmindedly hit a pole in the basement of my hotel while not paying attention and backing up. I smacked the front passenger side and knocked my car out of alignment. On a Friday at 4 pm 2 hours before they closed and the day before I had to take the 2 day trip back to NY, McLarty got my car in. Thankfully all it needed was an alignment! They saved me and did amazing work! Top notch service, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable! Much appreciated and I would highly recommend anyone to go there if you ever need to when passing through or if you live in the LR area!

Volkswagen in North Little Rock, Arkansas, done awesome job on my vehicle. I got an oil change and they washed my car but before that, they even showed a video of what they was doing to my car. They rotated my tires and much more! Go to this dealership and not Little Rock.

Extremely friendly service staff. I didn't mind waiting for my car. They explained everything they did to my car and showed me other issues that may need looked at later. I will definitely return.

I contacted Mr. Box about buying the new 2022 GLI and it was the smoothest process I have ever encountered. Everything was straight forward and to the point! When I went to pick up the vehicle, it was detailed and extremely clean and a full tank of gas! Will continue to use their service and I recommend 100%.

Blake, Cameron, Tony, and the whole team were amazing. Our trade-in was fairly valued with no sketchy tactics to bring the price down. Blake never made us feel pressured to buy or overwhelm us with too much contact before our visit. Tony took the time to explain all the gap and warranty coverages, but never pressured us to take anything we didnt want. Cameron made the the experience of learning all the features of the vehicle easy and enjoyable. One of the easiest and best car buying experiences we've had.

We just purchased our new ride from Cameron. This was the best buying experience ever. Everyone involved went over the top to make sure we got the ride we wanted and extremely fast delivery. Cameron explained all the bells and whistles and made sure we had all our extras. Our trade in was reasonably priced and the whole entire experience was very smooth. McCarty VW is always very nice and professional when I bring my daughter’s Beetle and my wife’s Passat there for service. Even though both cars were not purchased from McLarty, they still treat us like part of the McLarty family. Jack was with me every step of the process. We have been in contact for months and he helped me get into the Golf R. They were completely transparent and understood what I was looking for. They didn't try to pull anything over and if I don't run this car until the wheels fall off I will be back.

I had a great experience with Vw, they have aways been very helpful. I had a bad day getting the car to them. Had to be towed. Thanks so much for the understanding service Mgr. I was really wore out, hot and stressed. He helped get a ride home as I was going to take their shuttle.which was not available, That was a great comfort.
They diagnosed the issue and sent the video (which I love) plus the detail. What service. Please note they made this much easier to deal with with the great attitude. Thank you

I never post reviews in online forums, but this time I feel compelled to because of the unexpectedly positive experience I had last week. I want to give credit where credit is due, so I would like to publicly thank Bobby, service manager at McLarty Volkswagen of North Little Rock, for his excellent customer service. I had a minor battery issue, and Bobby was exceptionally kind and understanding in helping me to resolve it. Even though it was a small problem, he treated it seriously and professionally. Gentleman like Bobby defy the negative stereotypes about car dealerships, and service like he provided cultivates loyal customers. I hope his boss/company will recognize him for his good work. Shout out to Greg as well, who was also very helpful. I definitely recommend McLarty Volkswagen of North Little Rock.
