Hampton Inn North Little Rock-McCain Mall

On Thursday, 12/1, on a trip from Dallas to Syracuse I stopped over at the Hampton Inn North Little Rock for the night. The hotel was amazing! Entire facility was clean and modern, the rooms were in like new condition and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Breakfast in the morning had a large assortment of choices, all cooked to perfection. Every one of the staff who we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you for a great night!

I loved my stay here for one night. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great since I usually travel with my pup (you have to pay the pet fee). The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was also clean. This hotel chain is my favorite to stay during my stay anywhere in the U.S. The breakfast servings are enormous, and there are plenty of options. They are open from 6 am-10 am. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially this location, since there is a mall next door, restaurants close by, and bars!

Had a lovely time here. Hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. The lady who checked us in was so friendly (the check out lady in the morning, not so much), the breakfast was decadent. So many choices and we didn’t feel squished together during breakfast time. The lobby was very spacious and pretty. Everything was so clean I didn’t even feel the need to check the beds (like I always do). The pool was not heated, that would have taken this whole place over the top. But over all, a perfect place to stop if you’re picky about hotels.

We stayed here for four days while having some repairs done on our home. The hotel was one of the cleanest I have seen. The staff (especially Stacey at the front desk) was very friendly and attentive. I truly have no complaints and would recommend this hotel to everyone. Wonderful experience.

This is likely the best Hampton Inn we’ve stayed in thruout the southern US. Terrific customer service, welcoming staff, they even put a custom welcome message on your tv screen and water bottle when you arrive, lol! Cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel of this grade (maybe any I’ve ever stayed in). Safe area, everything about this location was excellent.

Wow!!! This was an absolutely awesome hotel to stay in. I'm so happy we chose this location. From the beginning, as soon as we walked in the door everything was great. We were greeted with smiles and were given some free cookies, I'm assuming for the holiday season. There was festive and beautiful, but not overly done, holiday decor up. There is a 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar.

There is also 24 hr complimentary fresh fruit. My 6 yr old wanted a banana late last night and when we went down into the lobby I saw that the fruit bowl only contained apples and oranges. I let my 6 yr old know that there weren't any bananas. We proceeded to make some hot chocolate. The young woman at the front desk walked past us and then came back with bananas! So awesome!!! It seems so simple, but it really made my child feel very special.

The elevators worked perfectly(I've been to several other hotels that have issues with their elevators). The digital room card worked perfectly for our room, 201.
Upon entering our room, it was clean and smelled fresh. Everything was stocked in the bathroom and we didn't have to ask for more towels or toiletries. In the main area with the bed, the sheets were clean and crisp. The TV was on and welcomed us with my name on it because I'm a Hilton Honors member, plus there was a bottle of water on the desk, also with my name on it along with a welcome letter next to that. I love that personalized touch so much. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in the TV cabinet. The view from the window is of the back of McCain Mall. The thermostat is easily adjustable from the wall and the a/c unit worked incredibly well.
We went to the pool and let me just say, this was the cleanest and clearest pool water I think I've ever witnessed. The bathroom in the pool area was also incredibly clean.
Breakfast the next morning was wonderful! Everything was delicious!!! We made some mini Belgian waffles with the pre-made batter and they came out perfectly. They had toppings, such: chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, raisins, etc. to choose from, but I decided to just go with classic butter and syrup. Yum! The potatoes and pre-made omelets were fantastic!!! There was oatmeal, croissants, danishes, yogurt, fruit, cereal with 2% milk. There were so many options, it was impossible to try them all.
I'm so glad we stayed here! Everyone is so friendly and we will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met working at this Hampton. Add to that a clean, comfortable room and our stay was great. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn!

Clean rooms, I checked in and checked out through the app so I didn't really have any interaction with the staff and I didn't need to interact with them as everything was in order when we checked in. Plenty of towels, bed was made, etc. It was a handicap-accessible room. However, the shower situation is a little tricky. It's a walk-in and roll-on shower but the lip on the floor that facilitates being able to roll into the shower also caused a LOT of water to splash into the tile floor. They need to bring the shower floor out about 6 inches and that would help with this problem. The tiles are slippery when wet and if you are disabled you don't need an additional hazard like that. They do provide a bath mat but it was soaked, I had to use my bath towel to put on the floor to soak up the water. Other than that, the microwave was hard to set the time on it. There is no clock provided in the room to be able to tell time in the middle of the night. You have to travel with your own, which I do, or just pick your phone up every time and look at the screen.

Soap and lotion are attached to the bathroom wall by the sink to prevent clutter. There is also shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the shower wall to prevent the items from falling and being unreachable during a shower. They are accessible from the handicap bench in the shower stall. There is a telescoping shower head for accessibility also ♿ this particular room also had a hearing-impaired doorbell on the outside. The lights will flash which is good if you are 100% deaf, there is also audio, a loud buzz, for the hard-of-hearing.

Parking is spacious, if you are pulling a trailer. Easy to turn around if you know how to maneuver one, if not, the parking lot makes a loop around the building where you can turn around

Great customer service upon check-in. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The breakfast was really great and there was a wide variety of options. The area for breakfast was spacious as well. The soap and lotion products in the shower was a fantastic amenity. This was a unexpected booking due to no air no power in the house. Check-in was easy as well. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the nlr area .

Stopped by while traveling from KS to FL- happy with our decision to stay at this Hampton!! Excellent on all the points (and I’m very particular)…spotless, spacious & well lit room + bathroom, very friendly & helpful staff, good location with restaurant options close by, safe & well lit parking, spotless & well-maintained breakfast area. 5/5…hope to stay here again on our return trip home. Book this one- you won’t be disappointed. 👍

This is a very nice Hampton Inn and it's always a pleasant stay. The rooms are always clean, and the location is perfect near restaurants and shops. The breakfast is always outstanding. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Great hotel. Quiet. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Plenty of free parking.

Only down side is we found a tray in the microwave cupboard with dried potato and sausage that definitely want ours. Maybe check the cupboards while cleaning rooms.

What a wonderful place to stay. Water in my room. Smiling faces. Breakfast is hot and ready. 4th time to stay. 5 more stars for very friendly desk clerk. 5 more stars for kitchen staff who make you feel important. This is the best Hampton Inn. I’ve traveled both in and out of the country, not found any place better.

My stay here was refreshing. It was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The service at the desk was quick and friendly. Their gym is clean with modern equipment and fresh towels stacked and ready for use. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We really appreciated the gym, their coffee was great, and the room was perfect.

Rooms are wonderful. Serves a good breakfast at 6am. Pet friendly and has an indoor pool.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! Tia, at the front desk, was so friendly to myself and my kids. She greeted us with a smile and offered us waters after a long drive! The rooms were nice and clean. The pool works so that’s a bonus.. there are a few in the NLR area that don’t.

This Hampton was fantastic!! We are Diamond Hilton travelers. Lots of Hilton hotels! Hampton Inns vary quite a bit. On our drive to Seattle, one was barely habitable -but, this one was wonderful, and I wish they were all like this one. I'm starting to become wary of them, and the reviews don't always help.

I have yet to be disappointed by a Hampton Inn and this location kept that record intact! The wonderful Southern hospitality was absolutely 5 stars, FREE water at our leisure, breakfast was DELICIOUS, my daughter loved the pool, close to restaurants... ahhhh just AMAZING. Had so much fun, I am looking to move down south to get away from the high cost of living in Seattle/Tacoma area.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Always clean and extremely friendly staff!
