I still fairly new to the GMC family, but since I have had my terrain the good folks here have always taken good care of me. From the check out attendant and the service guys you never feel like they are trying to take advantage of you. Rob in service helped me with my oil change and tire rotation (tire rotation was free today with my oil change🙂)and he was knowledgeable and I felt confident in the feed back from my questions. I have had consistently great experiences with the service department at Gwatney Buick GMC. Tim, in particular, is incredibly customer-focused and knowledgeable. Multiple oddball issues with my older model truck and they’ve diagnosed and corrected them all. It’s wonderful to find a dealership service department that still offers good Customer service.

As an out of town buyer, the service and hospitality were great. Part of our deal was that they would pick me up from the airport and bring me back to the dealership to finish the transaction. Ryan was at the airport waiting, once back at the dealership they wasted no time concluding our deal and I was back on the road promptly.

A few days ago we had started on a road trip when suddenly my Yukon Denali began flashing messages that the battery wasn't working and the vehicle was about to shut down. We were on an interstate about 6 miles from Gwatney so we headed there. As we pulled into their service department the vehicle died. Stan Ferguson and his service team immediately got it in and diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump. They worked on the vehicle and contacted my extended warranty company to get approval. Within about 4 hours they had it completely repaired, warranty applied and had us back on the road. Their shuttle even took us over to lunch so our wait wasn't so bad. Hats off to Stan and crew for making a rough start to our trip turn out good!!

I had to take my car to Gwatney Collison due to a car accident. The receptionist at the front desk was so nice and friendly. Rashun took great care of me concerning my vehicle. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, and just down to earth. He dropped me off at Enterprise and just let me know that it would take weeks for my vehicle to be ready.
