This is a great store that always has what I’m looking for. It’s got all of the Carhartt shirts I need in Tall, hoodies, jackets and more, in stock. They carry a great selection of work boots, Danner, Red Wing, Georgia, etc. I can usually find a size 14 here, if not they can get it quickly. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and are all around good guys. It’s nice to have a local spot that has everything you’re looking for!

Tha staff is always friendly and helpful and their prices are reasonable. Good selection of work pants. I usually buy 5 to 10 pair of pants at a time so they have to order them and every time it's been less than a week when I pick them up. You guys are great, keep up the good work. Thank you.

My dad is retired and loves working outside on different projects. I wanted to find him the perfect jacket that would keep him warm and comfortable while also being durable enough to last with him crawling under vehicles and scraping up against stuff. I looked online, but couldn’t figure out what would be the best product for what I needed. I stopped by Rugged Wear and was welcomed the moment I walked in. This is a store owned by a couple local guys and their sons. One of the son’s saw me looking and asked what I was needing. I explained what I was looking for and he was able to point me to a couple option right away, he even helped me guess my dads size. He was very knowledgeable, able to explain the differences between lines and features of different products. I ended up picking a newly released carhart canvas jacket with fleece lining. My dad absolutely loves the jacket and I see him wearing it all the time. I do a lot of shopping online these days, but with comparable prices and far better service, I will be returning to Rugged Wear whenever I need any work clothes.

Perfect in store inventory selections for this part of the valley. Chances are if you need it they’ll have it, yet will happily order whatever your heart desires in quick order. Excellent turnaround time if their inventory doesn’t meet your needs. Wonderful gentlemen , great prices, customer service and definitely easy on the eyes!

Went in to get a pair of women's carhartt socks for an employee and they were on sale so I bought her 8 pair. Prices are lower than you might think for name brands. Great service, I felt like I was visiting family for gifts. Totally recommend 5 stars!

This place is amazing! They always have what I need on the drop of a dime when it comes to Wildland firefighting. Small home town business. Much respect!

Dave and his partner are always very helpful, warm and friendly. I go no where else for my work wear.
Prices are usual for a work gear store.
If you like to cater to small family businesses, this is what I recommend for rugged work gear.

Note: love the prison blues jeans, they take a beating very well. They are thick, fair priced and hold up well.

Best store in Dallas!!! Norm the owner had a GREAT idea when he created this "Working Man's Store"!!😃 If he doesn't have what you need... he'll order it right away. Great supply of about everything Carhartt makes!!! You could not ask for a nicer, more knowledgeable guy to do business with. I loved this store. It has a good selection of merchandise an sizes . I bought my dad an 3x mans shirt with snap s instead of buttons for $ 42.00 They have real leather belts , which are hard to find. The ones in regular stores just crack an cut them just a month after I bought 4 of them . So I will buy them from Rugged Wear from now on !!!

The store is fairly well organized, the staff is friendly and helpful. The person behind the counter mentioned waterproofing product for the jacket I bought, but allowed me to decide whether I wanted to purchase the product without sales pressure. Normal prices for quality gear.

Epic store support them please everything carhartt all sizes men and women plus kids. Boots work gloves the works. The co owner that drives the rugged truck is super personable as well as employees. They make you feel good about spending a ton a money.

Great place to go to for clothing wide selection from different brands. Friendly people to work with, they have great knowledge of products. Nice verity of boots. Overall great experience.

I have bought all of my Romeos from Norm and the team at Rugged Wear. His prices ten to me much lower then his bigger competitors. My Uncle who lives on the eastern side of the state always makes a special trip to Rugged Wear when he visits because Norm always has the big man sizes in Carhart Shirts. Thanks for all you do!

This is a great place to buy Carhartt and other work gear. The prices are more than reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would shop here before driving into Salem!
