Luke was very polite, on time, and was excellent on communication. I called him after buying a house with the original unit from 1997, he came out the very next day, gave me an estimate, ordered everything I needed, and had me all fixed up and ready for winter within a week! Highly recommend this business!

As you can see from the photo our old ducts needed to be replaced. We have noticed that the air conditioner is running less. All Spring River Air team members were great to work with, were very professional and completed the job in a very timely manner.

Spring River Air were great. I called them and got an appointment the very next morning. Came out, did some preventative maintenance and installed some awesome new smart thermostats and sensors to help deal with my uneven heating issues. They were very informative and fair with their billing and knocked my install out in no time flat. Luke took the time to walk me through initial setup and give me tips for future operation. I definitely recommend them.

Luke was prompt to come look at our "new" fixer-upper, and gave us two bids on different replacement systems, gas and electric. He explained all the pros and cons, and we decided on a Trane heat pump and electric backup heat. Within just a couple of days, he was there installing our new system, complete with a raised box, extra return and media filter. His work is very neat, he's quick, and the friendly service made us feel more like old friends than clients! He took care of all the details, including registering the system with Trane to validate the warranty. If you need HVAC work, I strongly recommend Spring River Air.
