Taco Bell

They were super busy. They were handling every customer with a smile. The store was clean and every person working as fast as they could. People might want to start applying. I feel like these people all deserve to be blessed. I hope their next reviews it is proven the ones that have put in their time get the opportunity to move up in the store if they want the responsibility, and all of them get a pay raise for all of their hard work and impeccable manner they carry themselves representing not only KFC but also the entire sharp county area. We went through the drive thru tonight. We had 3 different people check on us while we waited at the window. We were there less than 5 minutes. My husband ordered the chipotle grilled chicken burrito, and he says it’s the best he has ever had. Wrapped perfectly, grilled perfectly. He said whoever made it should be teaching all the Taco Bell employees how to do it. Good job, Highland TB!

I have visited this restaurant 4 times in 6 years. Always clean. Always busy (if one car is present during rush hour....naaaah). Always hospitable. During bubble heat, a line to the next town, we were offered free drinks for our wait. We never asked. Kudo's Mrs. Manager. 7/3/2023. 6:30 pm. I usually visit a restaurants bathroom first (wash hands). If nasty I leave. Top knotch!

It's a good place for a quick bite to eat.

It's a small town KFC/Taco Bell. The food is good and the people are friendly. Like so many other places there's a worker shortage but they try hard not to let you wait too long. Great place to eat.

Always great warm food. Workers are friendly. It may take a minute to get your food during busy times

I've not ate inside this until tonight. Was an older store, but clean. The crew working was good nice and quick. Would stop here again!

I have to give this TB/KFC to thumbs up. When we arrived there the Thursday before July 4th it was hectic. The drive through was backed up, the lobby was full, and they were obviously under staffed. I figured we were in for a bad experience, but it was quite the opposite. The lady working the lobby, plus the drive thru, was on it! Taking orders, delivering food, and not once was she without a smile on her face. She knocked the line out quickly, and was patient with my hard of hearing parents. Our food was hot and delicious, and the excellent service knocked it right out of the park.

Visited this location while in town for a basketball tournament. The dining room was clean. The service was quick and courteous. Everything you would expect from a Taco Bell.

I purchased KFC, not Taco Bell and it was ready when I pulled up to the window. No waiting. Great service, very friendly and professional staff member at drive thru. I will recommend to friends. Thank you!

It was fantastic, I ordered a 4piece chicken breast tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy, and a separate chicken chalupa, and it was a nice place and the service is friendly.

I rarely have any issues, never problems with staff. If there's a slight mix up the restaurant is happy to fix it. I never had any major problems with my order! 😊

Service was super fast, my order was right, and the drive through attendant had a smile on his face the whole time. These things alone earn 5 stars in this day and age.

This is actually a mash-up locale. They serve TB and KFC! 😲🤯 ikr!!! Currently they are drive thru only, but the staff is always the nicest people and service time is close in comparison to that other "nameless" chic- franchise.
