The doctor sent me over to Delta Medical Supply for an ankle boot for a sprain. Karen and Bobbie Jo were wonderful in helping me get set up and was fitted with a left ankle boot. I was quite impressed with the equipment that was in the store and they even have delivery options which was great to know. Customer service was outstanding and would recommend using their services in the future. Thank you ladies for making me feel comfortable as a person and not a patient .

It was a pleasure to be greeted by two professional ladies Help me with my problem CPAP had broken They were able to get me a new CPAP and on my way Karen was very helpful and thorough and explaining the new machine and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Sharp County area.

Delta Medical Supply in Cherokee Village is super helpful & has AWESOME Customer Service! Karen was very helpful getting me setup with my new cpap machine. A few weeks after my purchase I had several questions so I stopped by & she took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered!!! It's nice to do business local with people that care!!!!

Wonderful friendly staff, been using delta for a few years now for my cpap equipment, Karen is very friendly helps with any and all questions takes her time showing you how the equipment works and how to properly set it up.

Very sweet employees, they worked directly with my doctor and I didn’t have to deal with all the back and forth, they called me when my prescription was ready!
I arrived, called the phone number and a sweet associate came out and fitted me for my boot!

Very friendly staff. I was sent to Delta Medical to be set up on a BIPAP machine. Karen took the time to explain everything and to try to ensure my mask fit perfectly. I have a beard so it was no easy task but she didn't give up and I think she found the one I needed. Hopefully I won't need any other medical devices but if I do I'll go back to Delta Medical.
