Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Fantastic food!!! Y'all these white cheddar bites are sinfull!!! The Chicken Club was perfectly cooked, juicy, crispy, flavorful, all bite of heaven in my mouth. The chicken bacon ranch fries were out of this world. I recommend them 👌 👍 👏 ❤. The service was friendly and prompt.

They have new owners and their system was down but they're still taking orders and accommodating everyone and for the inconvenience the new owners took care of everything today. The food was delicious the service was great. The new owners seem fabulous. Definitely much improved.

Awesome place to enjoy your lunch! I stopped here once and i like it! Food was fresh and tasty. Chicken thighs was good and not dry. Wings was good to! Try it!

We read a bunch of bad reviews for this place but our experience was polar opposite.

Our server Zariah was very informative and in a great mood it seemed. She helped us by answering a few questions we had.

The food itself was very good. Everything was hot and seemed fresh. The only thing I could possibly say is the chicken was just a tad over salted. Oh and they were out of mellow yellow. The store itself was fairly clean but the drink station did need a little attention. The AC was definitely set kinda high, it wasn't hot but not cold either. My girlfriend was ok with that as she normally has to bring a jacket anywhere we go.

The only shouting we heard were employees picking on one another in good fun it seemed.

Overall we had a good visit and would definitely come back to see Zariah as she gave this location a little something extra.

Had an incorrect order mixup at the window, called back, and Andrew was more than happy to help me fix the mistake!

We were passing through town and decided on this location. The food was great and the temperature was too. Only problem is, the young man at the window failed to return our credit card and receipt so we drove off without it and didn’t realize until we were 3 hours away. We immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Myka who was extremely helpful and felt really bad that we lived so far. For obvious reasons, we couldn’t return so we asked her to cut it up that way no one would use it. She not only cut it up but she also sent me a photo via text message to prove that the card would not be used. We are very grateful for this so thank you very much for selecting a trustworthy employee to run your store.

Went there late maybe 8:30 pm and I’d must say the food was like it was 12 o’clock in the afternoon yes it was that fresh and very tasty. Guess it’ll be my go to for late dinners.

Clean tables and restrooms. Food was good, all orders were correct even though we ordered for 7 people. Employees were busy doing their jobs, not wasting time.

No complaints, a great choice when passing thru the area.

One of my favorite places to eat, if I want a good quality meal that won't break the bank entirely! Their food is always so fresh tasting and yummy. Their root beers are my absolute favorite!

Review is from a family who eats here weekly. The service you get at this location is impeccable! There is a young man by the name of Christian, who is outstanding at his job. His customer service skills are top notch and he seems to impress me more with every visit. Love this location and recommend highly!

Lobby closed. We called in order and walked there from pilot. They didn't want to serve us old chicken so they dropped some fresh & fresh fries too. Let us in lobby to wait. Excellent service!

Zaxby's is probably the best bst food chicken place hands down. The wife and I have been to a far different locations, and the one that is in Bryant is, by far, the Best. Period. It's just not their amazing and tasty food, that is always - and I mean always - food. Yes, that part of the Zaxby's experience is very good; but, and I don't say this lightly, their customer service is absolutely SPOT ON. That's from everyone that we've ever come in contact with, and we go about once every seven to 10 days.

I apologize as the food was so great smelling that Q just couldn't bring myself to wait so I could take a few pictures. What we always get: 4 or 5 Fingerz Plate, no slaw and extra fries with two extra Zax Sauces (The Wife); a basket of fries and a basket of toast (The Child); and, The Great 8 with that AMAZING Sweet & Spicy sauce with some extron sauce, thank you very much (Yours Truly).

They offer a military discount - MUST show ID.

I ordered the five piece traditional wing combo and a chicken sandwich. Everything was outstanding. I’m a Truck Driver who ordered over the phone. Even though the Zaxby’s team was busy with drive thru orders, they still found a way to provide me with my order, even though their lobby was closed due to COVID.

Thank you. I really appreciate all of you. Truck drivers have to eat too, especially when we’re thousands of miles away from home.

The salad I ordered was huge and tased superb. 2 thumbs way up cause the chicken was beyond delicious and the ingredients they use are fresh. I cannot say enough good things about this place and will definitely return to eat here as soon as possible.

Their customer service is great in the food is even better! I went back home to Memphis to visit family and was traveling back to Texas when I left my son's diaper bag. The assistant manager, Travis went out of his way to send it to me. Not only were they extremely honest but they even called to check up on me. What a nice place with nice people! The next time I go back home to Memphis I will definitely stop there. Thanks again Travis!

This is our first time here. We absolutely love it. Great food, friendly staff and the music won them 5 star in our book, all christian music. I say all around great family place. No alcohol, no tv and great music. We absolutely love it and will be back.

Food is great and prices are pretty affordable for fast food. Access is a little tricky if you are coming from I-30 north, you have to pay attention to where you are going. Be sure the food you are ordering is something you can eat on the go if that's what you're after. The buffalo chicken sandwhich is hard to eat while you are driving or riding in the car, its a little messy. I had to stop in the parking lot to eat.

Good food but left out the ranch dip for the cheddar bites.

I had sign up for the club the sent me a free meal for my birthday! The food was great the cashier was really friendly I would say this might be a new favorite place the price of what I ate was not bad they give you a big zax snak for free I am really full it had chicken strips fries a drink and toast my receipt says free kids meal with adult purchase after 5 p.m.i will have to bring in my son and let him see what he thinks
