Mr. Johnny and everyone else at tri County funeral home answered all of my questions about my dad's cremation very responsibly and respectively. I appreciate all that they have done.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I bought two willow trees to be displayed at a funeral they were handling for a dear friend of mine. I was present as the florist who delivered them to visitation and was unprofessionally given the run around by Renee Clay-Circle and Joe Wade when asking where a safe place to display these willow trees would be. She was told by Joe Wade, “This is concrete floor. You can display them here. [pointing to the GROUND!!] But if they get broke, that’s on you.” When she proceeded to ask Renee Clay-Circle where to place my order (VERY FRAGILE ORDER), Renee pointed to a CHAIR!!!! With no response as she walked away. Thank goodness this delivery gal was ruthless in her endeavor as she again tried to ask ANOTHER EMPLOYEE where the Willow Trees would be safe to display. She approached Johnny Carter, who was the only man seeming busy as he was opening the door and directing the other flower shops delivery men to places the plants and arrangements could be placed. She approached Carter noticeably flabbergasted and asked him still politely, “I have a customer who asked specifically for these Willow Trees to be displayed safely, where can I find such place?” Johnny Carter then efficiently and quickly made space on a table close to the Memorial Book and she displayed the Willow Trees just as I asked. Thank you delivery girl for ensuring my order was safe and displayed so lovely. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TRI-COUNTY FUNERAL HOME FOR ANY EVENT!! The only star you’ve received from me is having the only great staff member of Johnny Carter there. Not only for the family and the mourning, but for the million other things he succeeds in to make YOU look DECENT!

I wasn’t impressed by the treatment of guest and the floral staff vendors bringing in gifts and floral arrangements sent by patrons honoring a great man of our community. When the owner of the funeral home and another staff member who refuse to assist the proper placement of deliveries shows a huge lack of character. This is a sorrowful time and it is your job to comfort the family and not snub the people you do not like. It’s not about you, it’s about the grieving family that lost a love one so tragically and unexpectedly for a few hours it’s time not that chip off your shoulder. This man was respected by many and regardless of your personal feelings you should have risen above and showed your professional and NOT YOUR PETTINESS.
