I worked with Deb Galkoski to sell a lot in Cherokee Village, AR. I live in Phoenix so all the transactions took place over the phone and via email / text. June 15 ,2021.. My husband and I just spent a few days in Cherokee Village AR. I made reservations for a rental with Southern pines Realty. They were very friendly ... making reservations was easy and when picking up key... they were very helpful with places we wanted to eat and go . The rental was warm and welcoming...and very clean . It also had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time there . We will definitely use them again on our next stay! 😊

We recently stayed at rental unit #9, the Red Robin house. My husband and I, and two grandkids couldn’t have been more pleased. The interior of this house is completely new! We have stayed in several rental homes in different states and this was by far the nicest! Top of the line stainless steel appliances, kitchen cabinets with self-closing drawers, tiled bathrooms, two living areas, new washer and dryer, we couldn’t ask for more. We were very pleased working with Southern Pines Realty. We will certainly work with them again on our next visit to Cherokee Village.

We rented House # 7- plenty of room. Loved that both floors had a view of the lake. The back deck was wonderful- we spent most of our time on this deck. The kids had a blast jumping off the boat dock. It was wonderful!!
Had a good time and will rebook for next year.

There was an a/c problem with my original rental and was given an incredible upgrade.

I had only one day to look at some waterfront properties and Debra Galkoski took the time to go very early in the morning since I had a long drive back to the St. Louis airport. She is down to earth, friendly and honest. We connected quite well and she really listened to my thoughts and wants.

We recently stayed at a Southern Pines rental home and the experience was fantastic. The home went beyond our expectations in every way. The beds were comfortable, the towels were plush and the owners provided so many extras that aren't normally found in a rental home. I highly recommend this business!

I stayed in their nightly rental property #9 on February 14 & 15 on a business trip. This property is AMAZING!! It is just right for up to 4 people. It has every amenity that a hotel has and so much more! Debra has a unique decor style that is very relaxing. This was like being in a brand new home. There is a secure garage that made me feel safe since I was traveling alone. It is right across the street from the lake and you can see it from the living room windows and the bedroom windows. I also loved the skylights in the living room. I will be staying here again when I am in Cherokee Village on business.

Debra Galkowski and her staff are awesome!!! Debra sold my house in seven days and took care of every detail. I have never had an agent that worked so hard and cared so much about our experience. We will never use anyone else to buy or sell a house. And, above all else, she is a genuinely good person.

I have stayed in three different rental properties through Southern pines. My first experience was when my husband proposed! The home was gorgeous, super clean and perfect setting for a special memory! The staff at Southern pines are great andeven stocked the ingredients for my favorite dinner for my husband ahead of time. The next two times I stayed in the homes were for family get togethers... These houses were perfect! Homes away from home! Super luxurious, making me feel like roality! They are decorated to the hilt, and provide the comforts of home! I can't wait to stay again!

My wife and I worked with Boyd McMasters to find a house in the area. Although we ended up buying a house in a different area of the Ozarks that was a better fit, I want to commend Boyd because he went above and beyond to help us find something within our limited budget in the Hardy area. He deserves praise for his dedication to helping the buyer, expert local knowledge, and friendliness.

I have stayed in rental houses managed by Southern Pines for the last few years about a dozen times. Each stay was great - the houses have been clean, neat, well furnished, and in good condition. I could not be happier with my experience in Southern Pines' rental homes.

We love renting Vacation Homes through Southern Pines. The houses are the best rentals at Cherokee Village. Kristina is great to work with. She is very friendly and professional.
